Does anyone else think this Jane Doe could be older than the age estimate? The streaks of gray on her hair made me think this. I was also reminded of Rebecca Burke's case. Burke's hair had a "frosted" appearance yet her age estimate was only 20-40 when in fact she was 52.

Former local chiming in--I lived in south Florida in the 80s, and Loxahatchee and The Acreage were pretty much the "sticks", especially the former. Royal Palm Beach was just starting to get built up. But in the 80s there were miles and miles of lonely dirt roads out there. Due to that and the urban sprawl nature of Sourh Florida, 20 miles is not a long distance between the last-known of Adler and the UID body.

You should see Royal Palm Beach now. Looks totally different. C road where she was meeting boyfriend is a horrible rutty dirt road.

This does make sense to me. Most characteristics point to an older woman, like arthritis. It mostly occurs in woman older than this estimate, though it's possible for a younger woman to have it.

Confirmatory DNA testing was performed and has now enabled investigators to establish the identity of the unknown woman as Pati Lisa Loguercio Rust. Pati is believed to have last lived in the area of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea in Broward County, Florida in the late 1980s.

ETA Her divorce from KAR dismissed in 1988 since she didn't show up for the hearing.

Seems to me imo that KAR knows what happened to Pati

Oh my god. This is the first case I ever looked for a possible match on, and she's finally been identified.

Based on a possible yearbook photo that, IMO, looks a lot like her, listed as "P Loguercio," Pati was born in/around 1960, making her about 24 at the time of her death (Based on the last known record of her).

The yearbook photo is from New York, though I did some research and her father was from the state.
