Imo, there was no hide and seek game, only premeditation to kill JT.

Although it sickens me that the Judge has to ask SB if she agrees with her attorneys' plans to call or not call a specific witness, as well as other strategies, I guess it is the only way to keep this trial on track. SB must feel very important and special being asked each day about this.

I have questioned the hide n seek from the beginning but don’t see how that becomes premeditation to murder. Could you elaborate? Also I’m still wondering when and how and why T got in that suitcase if it wasn’t hide n seek - any input on that?

She has a history of making up a game to cover for injuries (sword fighting) so hide-n-seek-and-tag- you're-it is likely a story not a truth, but what does seem possible-- a fight in the bedroom, a shove, a fall into an open suitcase. But equally, she could have tricked him into getting into the suitcase, even by telling HIM they were playing a game, and when she saw him attempting to hide in the suitcase, she saw an opportunity.
