Does anyone know where he was parked? Beside the ATM or in front of it in the rows that are perpendicular?
Will they release the surveillance video?
I wonder where the camera was.

It looks to be about 8-10 parking rows from Bonefish, pretty far for a casual glance. Although I don't know where employees would be instructed to park. Her brother noticed her car when he left work - maybe because it was by itself in the lot?

The State of Florida will release the surveillance video IF REQUESTED or, either on their own (doubtful) or if media obtains (perhaps doubtful again as violence associated with it we have heard) and that is why here at WS we also call it the "Sunshine State" - as they have the most broad Freedom of information release upon request over other states. With the Casey Anthony case, and a couple of others,(including the Sievers case which WS actually purchased pages and CD videos) we found that video actually was the cheapest to purchase.

Anyone can purchase. A few cents per page through FOIA.. e.g. the warrant returns, the phone records, etc.

There are very few items that cannot be obtained. We'll see if media releases them, or just reports on them. I still wish I had screencapped the one media report that did a video of the missing persons report, as it showed all of the folks that were contacted etc on one page, vs. reading it in the media. I, myself, prefer to go to the originating document vs. having media dole out information.

Yes, I don't have a screen cap, but iirc it is on this pic that I saw on MSM video. :cow:. their cars were about 4 & 6 spaces in? iirc, they were separated from one space, and he backed in nearest to this angle shown, she pulled in. :moo: I may be 100% wrong, yet that is my recollection of the space shown on MSM video. I wish I had done screen caps as I watched videos as this is the second time that I'm wishing I had screen capped. I went through about 10 videos to find either, and came up short..... so :moo:

So you're saying they were in the spaces we can see where the words "Bonefish grill" and the arrow is on the above pic?

I also feel like their talk was clearly premeditated as to them parking, and then he snapped. I would guess her COD was strangulation? Just MOO, and I hate to even speculate. That would account for the reported "shaking" of the vehicle then.

Upthread it was asked about tinted windows. Not sure if legal in Florida or not, but MANY people have the front tinted, too. Makes it difficult to see someone waving you on when it happens.

I'm thinking he might've spent the 18 minutes panicking over what he's done, perhaps he thought he'd just subdued her and when he realised he had killed her, he freaked out.
Or maybe he was researching where he could dump the body?
I don't necessarily think the killing was premeditated, it seems more of a rage killing - so it would make sense if he then spent some time trying to figure out what to do with a corpse.

Well, he didn't have to research long? As he disposed of the body on the SAME STREET he used to live. (per MSM reports of his driving record, and his home at that time of those legal documents)

I understand as to "needed" or not. There is a thread here at WS that folks discuss "when do I leave a case". Some just are here prior to arrest, some like to hang around to discuss "WTF! What is the motive", and some like to do testimony all the way to the end and follow the trial YEARSSSSSS later. There are different folks here that do #1, #2, #3... and in between. And lots of in betweens!

There are cases where VERIFIED INSIDERS (including family/friends) are continuing forever on here at Websleuths, and folks wants to hang with them also (e.g. Erin Corwin Case, Tresa Sievers case, Bella case etc etc )

Folks that hang around that long with the family who posts here, as some do!... feel that they are "needed" for the family and friends and supporting them through the YEARS LONG PROCESS of court and appeals.

I really dont think the murder was planned then.

Video of incident hasn't been release afaik. Was just two or three MSM television broadcasts that were at her car afterwards, and did pans of the area.

Do the records show that? Or only if they have the phone? There was an MSM article that said they were looking for information on her "old phone" also. Wonder how this ties in. Also wondering if MSM will be getting more of the Florida Sunshine law documents on all of this to find out. e.g. did they find her phone? If he did text after 6 to brother and dad after 6 (and friend tried to contact at 6)... where did the phone ping from? This idjut didn't realize that when he sent from her phone, it would ping? (yah! I have my "j" back which wasn't working before)

I still wonder how he got into her phone as don't most all have passwords to open? Did he get the phone and use what someone upthread said was a fingerprint opening? (We have no info in MSM as to what type of phone it was)



I guess we differ, as that is why I think the murder was not planned ahead (but doesn't mean they cannot prosecute for premeditated, as can happen in moments before... just that it wasn't planned hours before)

My thoughts were that she came to work 30 minutes early (noting that her mom in MSM said she usually went early) yet where she parked was showing it may have been a pre-planned meeting between the two. (her friend on MSM said that it wasn't where she normally parked). So I"m going with it perhaps was planned to meet... not yet in my mind that he planned to kill. ... or... .....

I do vacillate on this though, as when she got out, she got out of the car WITHOUT her purse and phone. (NOTE: THIS IS ASSUMPTION, we don't know as to keys/phone from MSM) If I'm going to meet someone before work and chat and talk.. I take my purse and lock my car. She didn't do either??. She got out of her car, and then walked up to the drivers side without her purse, and did not lock her car. ETA!: We do NOT know that she got out of her car, and took her keys with her but left her phone in the car. I take back that she did not lock her car. But did she? And did she take the keys out with her and locked car so that he then unlocked car? :dunno: as the MSM articles don't refer to him getting keys.. but perhaps he got keys AND her phone when he went to her car?



I was thinking as you were as I didn't know much about the restaurant business at all, but pamelado2 mentioned below, that with restaurants, folks come in 1,2 or 3 at a time building up for the rush hour of dinner.

Premeditation for murdering in her car, or a planned meeting that when the were meeting, he snapped with passion? (not sure of Florida laws differentiation). But yeah, I'm leaning towards it was a planned meeting that she parked next to him. But with her leaving her purse in the car, it shows she was being cautious :moo: as to meeting him. What did he do to get her into the car, without her purse or phone on her person?



Agree, doesn't make sense that he slashed tires, left the purse with empty content with the exception of the phone, and then texted that she has run off with her "boyfriend". That is what makes me think it was a passion murder (not sure what Florida laws are, we don't have Gitana or other lawyers on this thread yet... but others here are from Florida and may be able to chime in)

But then why oh why did he sit for so long in the lot afterwards to perhaps be seen by others.

I don't think he planned on killing her! Maybe he hit her in a fit of rage and she said something like oh you're dead now when my brother and dad find out you hit me and then he panicked! Thanks! I thought that that was in the reference that "she" was changing a tire was referring to SG, and I didn't recall that it was a "he" that received that text (at 4 pm and 6 pm person??) . Whoa... was that him as only HE could have texted at 6 pm!?

We have seen the actual text to her brother and father, but NOT the texts that were mentioned about someone saying "she was changing a tire". I wonder who that was sent to, as THAT text has not been shown by mainstream media verbatim, just referred to. Again, I thought originally it was from a best gal friend, but perhaps was HIS story.. that he used HER phone to text that information as neither the dad/brother texts in MSM mention that.

Interesting. We have heard through MSM that there was damage to her tire the night before, but it was replaced with a new tire THAT DAY before she went to work iirc in MSM reports.

I too cannot figure out why he would be planning to murder her when they first met. After they talked, and confronted.. yeah, I can see a few scenarios that he planned, in a short period of time in the car, to murder her.

ETA: What car was he driving while on a suspended license (which he was originally brought in on) ?Did he live with parents? No information on his car being impounded yet through MSM. Where are the warrant returns through FOIA for such on BOTH cars. e.g. Was there blood in the 1 inch slice to the tire also? The body was found on the same street he used to live, was he still living with parents who still live there? (Against TOS to sleuth family, this is rhetorical question! DO NOT ANSWER that rhetorical question please)

Also, did a google and finally found why I thought those texts I mentioned above were from a woman vs. a man. In this article... and she was in quite a few of the media tv shots also, just one post here for why I thought a woman vs. a man.

... yet this has no mention of the tire changing... and don't have link to more as to who she sent that text to, but I also recall "her phone text" stated in MSM that SG sent a text re tire changing that afternoon. Was it when she was at the shop getting a new one and is an innocent text to a gal/guy friend? Or was it after 5:45 pm when that text was sent from her phone?

I can't find article now but how I read it was that at 4pm is when the friend was texting with her and that's when he got the impression that she was changing her tire.. and he texted her around 6 but never heard from her

Also,JCOAA.. found the "new" post from above... it is from a previous tweet, which indeed does "NEW" from August 4th, 5 days ago, and says a "he". :tyou: for finding that tweet from Latisha at Jax news!

Indeed, it could?? have been innocent in that it was due to the tire change from the night before damage.. vs. after 6 pm that day.

I hope that MSM clarifies in the future, 'cause if "he" was some guy after 5:30 pm... we know who that was. :jail:

Thanks! That has quotes from gals VG and RQ... two women who were BFF/gal friend from work. That's why I perhaps thought that the text re flat tire was to a woman, and not a man.

It's hard to keep up with it all!
