Following the above post, due to Sunshine laws in the State of Florida, usually a witness list is going to be published by the defense and the prosecution prior to the trial, perhaps at the last pre-trial hearing?.

It will be public knowledge. Imho

... at link, more defense depositions to be performed filed on 4/11, and supplemental discovery (depos) by state on 4/12

May 9th depos to be taken
AK - with JSO
CL - with JSO, Computer Forensics
SP - with JSO, Sgt Evid Tech

May 2nd depos to be taken
LS - with JSO, Sgt
ST - with JSO, Sgt
PD - with JSO, Sgt Evid Tech

May 10th depos to be taken
JP - with JSO, Sgt Evid Tech
CS - with JSO, Crime Lab Supv
SG - Savannah's mother

Also new at link is "State's First Supplemental Discovery Exhibit" which supplements the 10/24/17 list (ETA: This supplemental and original 10/24 list would count as the public witness list referred to in the above post) and appears that they are new depositions taken by the state to include what appears to be all civilians: CS, SF, AB and MG.

Interesting to go back now and look at the video of him that is about 56 minutes.... and relates to the 4 mentioned in the supplemental in the above post as to CS, SF, AB, and MG.

Rewatching LR interview by channel 4, WJXT https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yeJiZk944e0 with knowledge of the above post, which is all public information, and at

1:54 he gives HIS address, that is the same address as the guy as AB in above supplemental, and gives the exact name of the person in the supplemental at 36:00 (another address in the supplemental is down the street , associated with MG; appears a neighbor of where LR lived)
6:29 and other times during the interview, he speaks as to his old girlfriend's name, which coincides with CS in above supplemental.

The "SF" person mentioned in the above supplemental is on the street that her body :rose: was found

The interviewers did such a good job!

There is so much that now looking back in this interview. Oh my..... oh my....

Question for all that are following here,

Has there ever been a transcription of the interview anywhere to link that someone could share? I think it would be very insightful.

Is it ok to post in jpeg pics of the evidence list of the prosecution vs. just the public link as I know that many folks cannot bring up the link to view themselves?:rose:

they talk in the interview link about her mom with stage 4 cancer, yet she is on the deposition list for next month for the defense. :praying: for her mother.

Justice for Savannah, and prayers for her family and friends, and all those impacted.

Thanks a bunch dixiegirl! for the next date. I can't "see" that attached, a bit too small for my eyes! LOL! I've never heard of a "body warrant" - anyone know what that means? TIA!

That word just came out of my mouth, I don't know if it really is the correct way to term it. It is a warrant for collection of material from his body, for instance hair, pubic hair, blood, DNA from a mouth swab Etc.

ETA..came out of my fingers lol

It looks like they have changed the assistant state's attorney again back to the original one. I wonder if she was on maternity leave.

#1 was ASST. STATE ATTY. MAKAROWSKI, CHYNA-MICHELE

1/25/18 TRIAL ASSISTANT STATE ATTORNEY CHANGED TO Mizrahi, Alan Seth PER SAO

#3 on 5/31/18 TRIAL ASSISTANT STATE ATTORNEY CHANGED TO Makarowski, Chyna-Michele PER SAO

It also looks like they had difficulty serving the warrants for a deposition as the "triangle" girlfriend and the person that lived on the street where the body was found appeared to be home, but did not answer the door according to notes on the warrants. I'm not sure that the depositions have been done on those two yet.

To clarify, it looks at the bottom of these pages that it is the defendant that is wanting to subpoena them for a deposition

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The trial for Lee Rodarte in the murder of Savannah Gold, his co-worker at Bonefish Grill, has been delayed.

The trial had been set for October.

There’s no new date.

The State Attorney’s Office released hundreds of crime scene photos, hours of surveillance video and a recording of Rodarte's interrogation by Jacksonville Sheriff's Office detectives to News4Jax on Thursday.

Updated, next pretrial after trial delay Niner.....

PRETRIAL 08/29/2018 9:00 AM - 408 4TH FLOOR, 501 W ADAMS ST JACKSONVILLE FL 32202

ETA, Capital cases for murder cannot be pled guilty. It is not allowed. But second-degree murder people are allowed to plead guilty. And it would not have a trial.

I'm wondering if that might happen on this case?

Thanks a bunch (again!) dixiegirl for the updates!

I have no idea about him pleading not guilty to 2nd degree murder, even though he confessed??!!

One can just hope that he would change his plea is what I meant.

On the court website, perhaps the above depositions never took place as for August 30th there are now depositions scheduled for CS, SG (mom), AB (roommate); August 23rd for DT, AK, JP.

All of the above folks I thought were scheduled due to subpoenas on May 10th or May 2nd. Perhaps it did not happen and things were delayed and that is why the trial is delayed?

You're probably right dixiegirl. I see that a lot of depositions were supposed to take place. And probably haven't been done... so we wait!

and again I have to say
