The Investigator could only follow the footprints/bootprints down to 4159 120th. This is the property Pembleton was on -- that's what Google showed & that's what was posted on the fence of the property. He could find no prints past that property. (He took pics of all the bootprints -- the boots were JG's; he surrendered them willingly.) This made me go, "Hmmmm." The Kamsden property is next to this property, but more south. Did JG really even go to KK's man cave?? Now the 1st Chair Defense atty is going at just that... We'll see...

FWIW --

I recall thinking when JG was on the stand, that he was medicated and that was the reason for his slow speech and occasional slurring -- a reporter or a tweeter stated during this retrial that he had had a bad stutter when he was young, and that was why his speech was faltering, etc. So, I'll give him that. A friend of mine has the same problem and he, too, sounds medicated or slightly drunk and neither is the case with him.

Sorry, I can't buy that.:snooty: I'm a former Speech Pathologist. Slurred speech sounds nothing like stuttering!

Good Evening, Peeps! I was away from this case all day - a women's class in the morning & travel to the coast this afternoon. I plan to check the Brian Entin tweets and see if I can find the copy of today's stream. It's in this thread somewhere.

About the bootprints: All JG will have to say -- and he will have to say it, on the stand, seems to me -- is that he jumped the fence between the properties & walked on the grass to the mancave. Easy-peasy IF he takes the stand. His atty just can't say that for JG other than in the closing statement...

Missed you folks today. See you tomorrow! Will they start at 8:30?
