"I'm not interested in what you see" Judge Roche doesn't mess around. I know a certain judge in Phx that could take note #SantanaTrial

Judge wants the lawyers to go over the transcript of the video to make sure no more prejudicial information comes out. imo

What parts I listened to support a guilty verdict and they were violent. Then there's the jail house interviews although my sound was poor for some reason.

Ok I'm kidding, I'm thinking the defense is gonna be some version of, I feared for my life and snapped. Then they should rest. I laugh every time I think about this guy in a shock suit.

Thanks Peliman, you made me lol envisioning the defendant getting zapped in court. I am not sure what the defense can offer to help their client. After all he confessed, he showed he had desire to commit a killing. I guess we will see.

State rested, defense will be resting with no witnesses, Santana won't take the stand. A few delays and closing arguments will be today.
