Does the fact that Sean P. was at the house (not normal routine according to Diena in police report) to wait until the kids were home mean anything?

What was the normal routine?

If those kids can walk over a mile on their own then why bother with having a sitter at the house? Seems to me if he was babysitting that he should have gone to the school to gather up his little charges.........

If he got out of school and walked home (don't know how far middle school is from home) ... 30 minutes would have passed between time he got out of school (if 3:30 is right) and when Diena first was told Somer did not come home. She didn't call BF until 4:20 IIRC.

Why didn't she mention it in the police report ... just skipped over?

So we have two possibilities ... any more?
1. SP told him when he got home. (since we didn't have anything from SP in police report, I thought it might be him)
2. Mom/someone called him on cell phone and asked him to check the park or just check areas where Somer might be.

Noway, if that is true about the trash being from another area, then that makes sense about the perp having a car. The burned house must be the crime scene, otherwise why spend the time and money hunting there? If it is, then who was there? Why were they there? And no one saw a car there? Someone must have seen something!

As far as contractors go, does anyone ever come when they say that they are going to come? Not in my experience. They get hung up on another job, or materials don't come, etc. If they had roofers there before,maybe buddies came by and saw the house and became interested in it for other reasons. Who knows who would come and visit buddies at a job site. It could be anyone! Maybe some teenagers came by for what ever reason. But I still say, "How did they get into that house as it must be locked when no one is there?

Or they could have grabbed Somer there and brought her somewhere else to do the horrible. But they must have been in the house or LE wouldn't be in there for so long, I would imagine.

And what could have they taken out of that bathroom that makes any sense at all?

What is the point of speculation about where the children were the night these mysterious photos, (photos no one can see), were taken?

Did Somer disappear the night those photos were taken? Or did she disappear some ... oh, let's see ... 350 days later?

FYI-- the entire case and cast of characters is speculation, except for the very few facts that we have. LOL

If it's DT's pics-- sorry it is against TOS to post those here, however on day one on thread one they did appear briefly, so your statement that NO ONE can see is not true, a lot of us did see and a lot of us did save. Some are still out there for all to see--- sleuth around on MS and FB... they were out there earlier today.

I take it the sarcasm in your posts to me is a direct result of you NOT looking at the photos yourself, am I correct? I wouldn't worry too much about that, they will probably be slapped on the front page of the tabloids before long. Always someone wanting to make $$$.

Also- before I forget if you do a search on Cam's posts you will find all of the tank/s photos she posted for us, and that thread will have a lot of information about the area surrounding the tanks.

IMO, a lot can happen when kids are home alone. And I don't think the walk is that bad. They had sidewalks and crossing guards which is more than my area has ... and my son's school is always encouraging bike riding and walking for good health.

A building inspector would probably have to come okay the work on the house after certain jobs are done, and maybe before another set of workers come in to start on something else. I'd think the remodeler or general contractor would know pretty much when things were scheduled. If someone attacked Somer in the house, they probably knew that no one would be there or show up to catch him.

In theory, you are right. BUT, it doesn't always happen this way. We had drywall installation scheduled for a certain day......they never showed up. General Contractor wasn't there that day either. They showed up a few days later.......did their thing. We had to tell the general contractor 2 days later after work was finished that they were late. He had no clue.

I'm just saying that in my experience, what was scheduled on paper and what actually happened was 2 different things. The general contractor was nowhere around during this.

I'm not an active Sleuther I guess, but I have been reading... for years... and posting here and there.

With that said... what kind of garbage cans do they have there? In my neighborhood we each have one garbage can. It is paid for by size, so most people buy the smallest one they can. Its not actually a can either, its a plastic cart. Coincidentally, my garbage day is Tuesday morning. Do they have once a week pick up? If so, the average house in my neighborhood would already have a full recepticle by Monday... so maybe they can focus on houses with less than full carts? Certainly the garbage man gets to know a neighborhood like the mailman/woman does...

Sorry to say walking didn't accomplish much in the way of good health for Somer. IMO those children were too young to make that mile plus walk without an adult.

Yes, Noway, you're remembering correctly. Diena called BF about 4:20.
According to the police report, SP told the older sister to go look for Somer. Nothing is mentioned in the report about the older brother coming home and being told by SP to go help look.

The reason I keep coming back to this point is because of what Diena has said, and also because of what she hasn't said, and because of the things that she has almost said.

A few days ago when I did a google search on Somer's home address, I pulled up the street view. Ironically, it was a garbage day and you could see that everybody had their own individual cans at the curb. Should still be the same pic out there if you google it. The address appears on the police report if you need it.

These children had friends and each other to walk home with, on a daily basis, no? Lots of other children also walked the same route it seems. Crossing guards and many people (children, and traffic) around. I can't help but to think that after Somer ran off from her siblings, that she detoured off the main path usually taken by them.
