I think KAW has a few different looks. So....he drives a truck? It must be one H E L L of a booster seat. I am trying figure out where the Perp lives, Fl , Iowa ...maybe because if in fact he is a truck driver this is his route? If it is the same Guy that was involved with the 1999 Fl. His Grandma owns 8 acres where LE is presently looking for evidence.

I saw on the Iowa registry that if you move to or visit Iowa, you have to register. Is the same true about Florida?

Born 07/08/82 Putna case 1999 so...he would be 17 maybe just 18 at the time. This would make sense as this was probably the beginning of his career as a Creep.

Since you have spent some time I am curious as to why she repeats things that others say.
1. when she made a comment about a bad apple spoiling the bunch, that was somthing a newscast member already said in a video during the search.
2. She also commented on how somer hunged everyone and didn't know a stranger. This was also a comment said by someelse first.

There are others comments as well besides this which leads me to believe she watchs the news and repeats others and takes her cue from others. When you knew her did she display any of these habits

So they are currently searching the property that once belong to KAW's family. Pilar was last reported to be alive at the apartments in which KAW lived. (1999)

Then in 2001, he commits crime in IA (Female victim 0-13) ... adjudication date 2003?

Cooper claimed that she fled from the vacation home she shared with Pilar and W*** after her boyfriend became physically abusive towards her and the child. Cooper said that W*** beat Pilar severely and knocked her head into a wall. She turned blue and had convulsions. He refused to get medical attention for her and she died. He then put her body in a black trash bag and disposed of the child’s remains in an unknown location. W*** denied Cooper’s allegations and said that she herself was responsible for Pilar’s death. Cooper took a polygraph exam shortly afterwards and passed, according to one source.

Authorities believe that Pilar was the victim of foul play. Officials drained Preacher’s Lake, a popular swimming place in Charlotte County, Florida which is inhabited by alligators, in November 1999 after receiving a tip from fishermen. They found some unspecified biological matter which they believe is a trace of Pilar’s remains. After the discovery, they announced that they were investigating her case as a homicide. Police also found several child-size t-shirts in the lake, including one with a picture of the cartoon character Winnie the Pooh printed on it. Marco says Pilar had such a shirt with her when she left with Cooper. Nothing else of evidentiary value was found in the lake, however. The Peace River in Charlotte County was searched in February 2001, but no evidence was located.

Seven years is a long time, last time we spoke she seemed like herself.

Well they are looking at the Kentucky guy in the Rodriguez case. But do we know the Kentucky guy is the same as the one in IA and/or FL?
