Has it ever been found out if anyone rounded up the 10 year old girl after being sent to look "real good" for Somer? If Diena had a feeling that something wasn't right about this time of wandering off wouldn't she freak out and tell the houseguest to immediately get the older girl back home?

My interpretation of that was more that he thought he was helping by showing LE what his sibs had said and showing them where they all usually walk since his walk from school kind of mirrors theirs except that he initially comes from the other direction.

I have kind of protective feelings about this kid that have largely to do with my own issues I think. But it just seems like he's kind of shunted off to the side. Not a full member of family. His dad is nowhere in the picture that I can see. Parental alienation seems to be a bit of a pattern in this family.

Truly, I don't think we have a very good accounting of who did what when from the time the kids left school until the time LE was waved down. There are still lots of questions about what configurations the kids/SP were in when they went to search, etc, where was the older brother, how did mom know where to find him, what time did Kyle see Somer at the burned out house, I could go on and on...

I do think he is inocent of anything to do with it but he was retracing his steps and time line

1) Mom meet him at OPAA according to her statement
2) when she flagged down officer she said he was already down there looking
3) police report other involved male

I am back to where she was between 4pm and 5pmish

The SO is Sean P. P.
The picture is not the same.
Birthday is not the same.

If the patrolling officer wasn't aware of the details of Somer's disappearance, it would make sense that AC passed them on as he walked/talked with the officer.

ETA: And the officer could have just been giving AC a chance to talk and get it out.

I don't know what to say. I'd thought it was 10/21 but when I was wrong about why they were arrested, I figured I'd gotten that mixed up too.

Then they would have had to wait for a long time. This case unless some break happens will take years. Not an easy case.

Ya know, I'm getting dizzy with all the mistakes on police reports, and the confusion gets more compounded the harder LE tries to clarify the mistakes they themselves made! Beseler has the gall to get annoyed with all the so-called "rumors", but he can't even manage to get his own story straight!!!

The dates aren't even the same - so Beseler's explanation doesn't even make sense!

IIRC Mary Justino (the spokesperson did). I will find it.

Later reported that his inclusion in this report was in error. It was a case of mistaken identity.

Justino said one possible contact eliminated was a registered sex offender whose name and address in Orange Park is listed on the incident report that was written after Somer was reported missing. That person was named by someone who later turned out to be mistaken about the identity, Justino said.
