I wonder if the alleged rug she was wrapped in matched any of the real rugs in the Gano house ...

First time I've heard that Noway! Weren't there rugs in the dumpsters at the burnt out house? I think so, because in the beginning when the burnt house and dumpster were searched, speculation about Somer being wraped in a rug was rampant.

Yes, but that evidence was not found until AFTER they had searched the Gano house and as a result of that search, named him a POI.

The reporter also says something VERY interesting at 0:55. This might be the evidence that connected him to Somer.

Says Somer was found wrapped in a rug.

In the article below the statement is made that evidence was found in the house at 1152 Gano Avenue that led to Harrel being named an POI. Could you tell me how the reporter knows this since the sheriff is not releasing anything about why he was named a POI? Was this just a conclusion the reporter came to because of the timing?

They did search all three houses on 2/11, but they named him a POI in the morning, after a morning search of the Gano house.

I'll try to find out specifically if they mention 'afternoon' or any time of day they found the SD card.

BBM: maybe out of desperation to get her body out of the house without being noticed, he ran over to the dumpster at the burned home & grabbed a piece of carpet to roll her body in. Wow......... just wow!!!

That is what I was thinking. We have carpet remnants in our garage from one of our bedrooms ...

Eyes ... I do think there was carpet in dumpster at burned house ... can't tell her for sure ...

Could be Cheewawa - the rumors were wild back then about her being wraped in a rug...I think there were pieces of rug in the burnt house dumpster.

Yep, I bet the was wrapped in a remnant from carpet that was still in the house.

I don't know why, but it jumped out at me the minute she said it, and I thought, "What the hay did she just say?" Then I had to go back and listen again to make sure I heard it right. That is the first time I saw that video even though it is almost a month old, and I thought I had seen them all. Guess that's why we need "team eyes and ears." LOL
