A man walked into a Tamarac, Florida hair salon and stood there for a few moments scratching his head, as if unsure if he should get his hair cut.
Sadly, he'd obviously spotted the four-year-old son of one of Grace's Hair Salon's workers sitting inside, playing with an ipad. After a brief pause, the thief stooped down....and mugged the little boy for his computer.
