Florida has the DP yes?
I’m thinking a plea to LWOP might work.

The United States Supreme Court prohibits execution for crimes committed at the age of fifteen or younger. Nineteen states have laws permitting the execution of persons who committed crimes at sixteen or seventeen. Since 1973, 226 juvenile death sentences have been imposed.
Juveniles and the Death Penalty
Going to be a LOOOONNNNNG time in prison if convicted.
ETA: I heard how many stab wounds earlier, but wasn't MSM. Can get a driving permit at 15 here, and plenty of 14-15 yr olds work. Charged as an adult wasn't a surprise.
