Police are searching at a power plant. I believe this is the old power plant that was on the old section of DeBary Avenue. The N-J listed the address as 201 DeBary Ave. But I believe the property is actually to the southwest of there. It's a large area that goes all the way to the lake. One would think that it would be fenced and gated, but I guess they have reason to believe he could have driven in there.

I knew he had to reach out to someone else before he decided to get help from a neighbor. It sounds like he tried to get help from his brother and was denied.

I forgot to add that there are many dumpsters along Providence Blvd--at small strip shopping places, the Winn Dixie, behind Pet Supermarket (same plaza as the Winn Dixie but on the other side). JMO I doubt he used any of these because he had been placing evidence in the Lake Mary/Sanford area, but who knows. Unless, of course, he dumped some more evidence (or was he checking on something?) after he and the neighbor got back from Sanford. He apparently returned to the house around 9am when LE was there and he stated he had returned because he had forgotten his wallet.

We don't know what time he and the neighbor got back, only that he returned around 9am (MSM articles upstream), so IMO there is a bit of missing time--maybe an hour or up to an hour and a half. We don't know what he did or where he went after he and the neighbor got back, only that he drove up to the house around 9am and said he'd left for work but returned to get his wallet. (we don't know if he works or forgot his wallet).

I'm not real good with timelines. Anyone? We know from MSM that he and the neighbor took I-4, IIRC.

I would think if he knocked on the neighbor's window at 6:11am, it would have taken the neighbor a few mins to dress or get ready to go. So say they left about 6:20am. MOO Went to Lake Mary/Sanford, about 15mins or so each way--he wouldn't have wanted to get stopped speeding IMO. That's another 30 mins, give or take, in driving only round trip. Another 5 mins to park the car, wipe it down, 5 more mins to go to the Sanford Mall and dump evidence, about 3 more mins to dump depending on which dumpster he used. That mall area is large and I don't remember if it was ever said which dumpster near which business. There may be other places they went that we don't know about. JMO he could have made it back with the neighbor within an hour or so if they came home right after going to the Sanford mall.

I am thinking he had only 3 basic choices where to put them.

I am outruling digging for now because he doesnt seem the type to spend time and effort digging a deep hole. People are correct that he seemed to rush the whole thing, so time was his primary focus in getting rid of them quickly. So, any sort of digging of any deep type hole would be out of the question for me. I agree with others that they are relatively close to the house.

So here are my remaining possibilites in the order of what I think is most logical for him. Any spot would be relatively close to the house IMO.

#1- DUMPSTER - A large store or business type dumpster. There usually are 2 types. A typical large one that is roughly 4 X 10 or something close to that.
Or the even larger industrial type dumpsters that are more like 6 X 20. You sometimes see these types behind large businesses.

#2-WATER - If there was water nearby where he could throw them off into the water. Like a bridge area. The only way I see him putting them in the water was if he had a spot where he could toss them in inside some heavy container. I could see where he may have found some heavy type container to put them in and just throw them in the water. But it would have to be an accessible spot to throw them into it.
I dont see him doing anything like from a shoreline, unless it had like a cliff or something to get them where they could not be seen from shore. Like a deep hole over a ledge or something.

#3- WOODS - In the woods in a shallow grave and just covered with debris like leaves, sticks, branches, etc. He may have attempted to dig a little bit, but I just dont see them very deep if in the woods.
This option would be the last choice IMO. Because I think he would be afraid of them being found more with this option.
The only exception would be if he happened to know a place where digging was very easy like a sandy area or something like that. Then, this option would become more possible IMO

Was thinking along the lines of option 2 that I just posted and if he put them in the water, was thinking he would have to be able to throw them into it from a higher point. If he did do that, I am thinking he somehow got them into heavy containers of some sort. Or a weighted down container with bricks or something in it.

LOL, I bet LE is reading here. There've been quite a few guests whenever I've posted but, okay, maybe they're just that--guests. lol
But if they trace my IP and show up on my doorstep for more information I'll let you know. ROFL I know many of the officers around here and I've met Ben Johnson (Sheriff) many times tho only at meetings and such.

I have to think on this. The only places I know of would be the St John's River Bridge on 17-92 going toward Sanford. On I-4 there is a bridge over Lake Monroe and also a St John's River bridge (a different one from the one on 17-92 but both are close to eachother). I think even at night I-4 would be too busy. But 17-92 might not be. Mainly traffic at night going to and from the hospital?

I have suspected the Osteen/415 area from the start. There is basically nothing between Deltona and Edgewater/Oak Hill. But I think they have cell phone pings guiding them right now.

Keep in mind that a boy and his grandma went missing several years ago in Deltona. It took three years before they found his body, and they never found his grandma's body.

Has LE considered that he could have had help?

That 4 hour window mentioned upthread can expand greatly if he had an assistant who would not be immediately linked to anything and would have the ability to operate outside the scrutiny of LE - at least early on. This person can conceal evidence and release it much later.

Was he a member of a gang? Gang members will do anything for each other... he may have called one of them to back him up...

Yeah, he had 3 people to get rid of quickly, so if he did manage to find some sort of containers, its possible that he could basically pull over and throw them off without too much effort.

The dumpster theory is also likely too of course, as well as some wooded area. The only thing about the wooded area is he would most likely have to go back to his vehicle 2 more times to get each person to drag to the woods, so not sure he would even make that kind of effort. He would most likely be thinking of a simple way to quickly get rid of them. Of course, if he did use the woods, he probably would not go too far in the woods, so they are all possibities I suppose.

This case is so sad and tragic. He did not have to do any of this. The poor kids and mother. My goodness, it is horrible.

Well LE do have the clothes and shoes he was wearing so I was thinking the same thing. If he ventured into a forested swampy area you'd think the clothes and shoes would reflect this. And if he was wiping down her car after dropping it off, was he just wiping down fingerprints so he wouldn't appear to be the last person to drive it or was there some debris on the vehicle. Either way it doesn't appear that he ran it through a car wash so the undercarriage should yield some clues if he went off road with it.
