The confrontation with the police today started with a domestic violence call with the suspect and his family. I assume it was against the family/whoever was in that apartment with him.

Or Zamil himself since he lived there?
Called Nahida and she rushed over?

The apartment where the suspect was barricaded just now is not the same complex that ZL and the suspect lived in together. This is a separate apartment complex.

My assumption is that the complex where the suspect barricaded himself at is his parents/family's apartment. My assumption is because of the police officer at the presser saying that they removed family from the apartment before the suspect barricaded himself in there.

I think both ZL and NB were/are likely deceased before today. MOO

Two DV cases since 2023, and there's a felony case for him in Hillsborough County but I can't see what the charges are.
IMO.

Did one of the family members know Hisham killed Zamil, or suspected? and Hisham lashed out?

Sooo maybe... "apt 1", where suspect and victim lived, argument started and victim called/texted NB (ex: "he's going crazy again")., NB comes asap. Suspect kills and disposes of body (bodies?) then flees to "apt 2" his family's residence. Someone there calls police.

But timing is confusing due to disappearance date. And where is NB? MOO

Maybe Zamil had already been murdered at that point and this was a ruse to get Nahida over to their (Zamil's/killer's)apartment for nefarious purposes. Poor woman, and poor Zamil.

This makes sense, too. Either way, I suspect the killer was jealous of Zamil's friendship/relationship with Nahida.

Did Hisham try to throw Zamil off the bridge but was interrupted, oncoming car? So he left him on the bridge. I'm sure they are searching the water for Nahida ...

Unfortunately my assumption is that Nahida is also deceased, and likely in the water where ZL was found OR at Sand Key Park where they were looking yesterday.

Water just seems like the easiest way to disappear a body and assuming he acted alone, I think moving bodies is not easy. Simplest/easiest explanation is in the water together, but I suppose one may make the effort in separating them.

Sorry that all felt real morbid to type. all my opinion obviously

Yeah, what you guys are speculating seems very possible... the roommate luring Nahida there, perhaps jealous that Zamil was close with her, and then harming her seems very possible I hope she'll be found soon. Awful situation.
