Went to church today and happened to be seated next to a family with about a 2 1/2 to 3 year old little girl with brown hair. I struck by her resemblance to Caylee. Its been a while since I have had little ones so I am distanced to their preciousness.
Honest to God, I could not take my eyes off this little girl. I thought of the this case and imagined this little girl in Caylee's place. Couldn't do it. It is just too unspeakable.
Couldn't imagine her duct-taped across the mouth, couldn't imagine her ending up as stain in a trunk or scattered bones in the woods. Couldn't picture anyone causing harm to her beautiful little self, let alone a mother and detached grandparents. Its too horrible. Its beyond horrible.
Its an evil, dark act of brutality that not only a monster could commit but equally so of those who would seek to cover it up.
This was an innocent beautiful child and nobody on your team seems to acknowledge this. It would be in the best interest to have your client tell the truth and admit her guilt. She needs to be locked up for life where she can't harm anyone ever again or be near any child.
Your team and her parents are now becoming just as barbaric as your insane client by not seeking justice for this despicable crime. All the State has to do is allow one little child like I saw today into the courtroom and it would be game over.
If you would advise her to take responsibility for her crime and accept her consequences, your client could possibly build a new life for herself in prison, her parents could hopefully start to heal and your team might be able to salvage your careers and most importantly, Caylee might have some semblance of justice ( if not a life).
Please.
Powerful words! Thank You!
