I remember when the trial transcripts and evidence photos first came available to the public, there was much talk about the discovery of the key and Colborn's claims of strong-arming and shaking of the bookcase which led to the key falling out. I had seen much talk about some loose change that defied that explanation, but had never seen any photo's that actually showed the change. It seems someone found a photo recently.

You will notice the change lying in the upper-right corner of the photo next to the remote. (I had never seen this photo before, just talk of it) Soooo, not sure how this "shaking" occurred without flinging all of those items everywhere in the process? Did Colborn then put everything back in place before walking away and not seeing the key? Because according to the transcripts and testimony, Lenk is actually the first one to spot the key just lying there. IMVHO, there is no way that that key was not planted there.

What about the possibility the police simply planted evidence to sure up their case for court?

Jaiddie ~ the key..... there is just no way it happened like Colborn said IMO I have read more recently about the key, that the one in the bedroom picture isn't even cut the same as the one in the evidence photo's, left side of key is straight and not cut. I have tried to enlarge the bedroom one and I see what people are saying, but not really sure. To me, the blue part of the lanyard looks different... bedroom one it looks clean and bright, the evidence one's look dirty and worn.

Here are the pics if anyone wants to take a look.

more interesting is.... why did they crop some of the photo's when they sent them? This was not the only photo that was cropped.

I have considered this. Whether SA is guilty or not, if they truly felt he was and they wanted to ensure a conviction, did they "help" with the evidence? But that is not how the law works and if this turns out to be true and KZ can show the courts this is the case, he may walk, guilty or not now.

What's the bet it happens all the time? I know police are not above lying in court to ensure a conviction, that's why we have body cameras, dash cams etc.

I considered this scenario too, after first watching the doc, but then got to thinking more about it. If SA truly WAS guilty and did commit this crime, why is EVERY piece of evidence in this case so questionable? I could understand one or two pieces of evidence having to be manipulated to make a better case (clearly does NOT make this okay to do, of course), but LITERALLY everything about that investigation comes across as "shady"! That should not have to have been done in a case where they actually have the "right guy". Where is just ONE piece of evidence that SA committed this crime that would lead one to say with certainty that they had the right suspect, but needed to make the case stronger? The only thing "strong" evidence, IMO, that ties SA to the murder would be 1. the blood in the RAV4 and 2. the bullet with TH DNA. But even those two pieces are surrounded by questions. 1. With the blood, there is the fact that it makes no sense that SA would be so careful to clean all other DNA of his out of that vehicle (no hair, fingerprints, fibers from clothing, etc...) but leave his BLOOD splashed all around. And 2. with the bullet, the fact that the defense team was not allowed to be present for that testing in fear of contamination breaches, but yet SH is apparently training people of her own during the test enough to contaminate it herself. And THEN, contrary to her OWN protocols and practices, rule that test "conclusive" because she had used all of the sample up. IDK, the only thing I can say with any certainty about this case is that I could not say ANYTHING about it with any certainty, except that those two men should NOT be in prison right now, because there was no ACTUAL proof that stands up to scrutiny that shows they did this. All JMHO, of course.

I have followed different cases for years now, I can honestly say that after this case, I will probably forever 2nd guess the police, even when they don't give a reason too like in this case.

Jaiddie, I totally agree. At first I was thinking the key was planted, no question. But then all the questions started piling up with all the other evidence, and none of those questions have even been answered in the transcripts or exhibits, if anything, it has raised more questions. I know you feel the same way.... but it's the bones that seal the deal for me.

Yes, seals it for me too, but....don't get me started about those bones, missy. Once I get started, I cannot seem to stop! LOL ;)

I think it's pretty clear that IMO, the murder, the body and the vehicle were done/found elsewhere by another perp. Just the fact that she had dealings with SA led LE to plant all evidence to ensure their SA problem was dealt with. And poor BD was retaliation for fighting back. I think KZ has to disprove pretty much everything, especially when the state has every reason to keep him inside prison. Also.. so is KK kinda changing his tune. I bet he'll spin it like he was duped

Karma, is exactly it. I believe you hit the nail RIGHT on the head & indeed this " area " is absolutely in the spotlight, ( or at least on America's " radar " ) IMO

'Manitowoc Apologizes for Mistreatment of Flags'

I didn't know where to post this as it has nothing to do with framing, but pertains to the area in question. It seems like Manitowoc is catching it from all directions, and that LITERALLY everything they do now is in the spotlight. I like to think that is a little thing called Karma coming back to them, LOL. ;)

We’re all amateur super sleuths after you watch something like this. You’d be surprised at how many free investigators Kathleen’s got working for her.”
Cheers to the great work of Krystyne Frandson, 45, of Hawley, Minnesota and my fellow amateur super sleuths here on WS! :toast:

They also mention another rally in Mantowoc County, Wisconsin at the Manitowoc Courthouse as well as locations across the world including Boston, Dublin, Manchester, Melbourne, New York City and more.

Hello all! Been awhile since I have caught up here. I will back track after I post or it wont get posted. If I am doubling up on other post I apologize. I have been busy posting these things on the Facebook groups. I have a couple. One names some of the other male jurors and 2 of the females that served on the jury. I just do not think that this place is the right venue for such post. One is about The master key and who is who that had the copies. However this one will be about MTSO Det. Jacobs.........

Who is MTSO Detective Jacobs?
He was mentioned several times in the CASO report as assisting, Mostly CASO Inv. Dedering during the first few days of the investigation. Yet There is not one report made by him in the MTSO report.

In the MTSO report Jacobs is mentioned once in the beginning. But no report by him. I also recall his name being mentioned a few times in the Recordings between officers in the beginning of that investigation. He was In and Out of the property during the searches according to the logs. And he seems to be a mystery. Why did he not write a report or why did he not testify? He was on the defense's witness list.

Jacobs is the one who supposedly made the copy of the G. Zipperer message from Teresa on Monday Oct. 31 2005 at 2:12. Where is this Copy? on his cellphone still?

Jacobs was also the one who video taped The Luminol test of the garage in March 2006. and the before and after videos coming and going of the garage.

Also noted during research that Dedering seems to have a lot more reports in this CASO report then the lead investigator Wiegert. Found that a little odd too. With so much in the report by Dedering why did he not testify either? He was also on the defense's witness list.

Maybe it was these two who were BEHIND the scenes so to speak that were doing the planting and setting up? thus neither testifies? Just a thought.

How many times Jacobs was mentioned in the CASO report.

Mentions of Jacobs taking record of G.Z.'s voice message from TH in the Nov 3rd report, Dedering

Mentions of Jacobs taking same record of Voice Message from TH on the Zip machine. In the Nov 6 report Dedering.

The Evidence log was not very organized mentions a few things that could have been this Voice Message record.

'One Year Probation for Kyle Baars, Former Kenosha Police Officer Accused of Planting Evidence'

"He was sentenced to serve one year in prison and one year extended supervision — but that sentence was stayed, and Baars was instead ordered to serve the one year of probation. As a condition of probation, Baars has been ordered to complete 80 hours of community service."

Grrrr, one year probation and 80 hours community service for planting a bullet in an innocent persons backpack so that they could be convicted of murder and have their life taken away!!!! :furious:
This does not look good for people who are looking forward to any accountability being held in the SA and BD cases, should it be proven that the shenanigans many believe happened in that investigation actually occurred. :shame:
