Officer David Rose lost his life running into the gunfire at the CDC and the Emory campus on Friday.

The 30-year-old suspect, who died during the incident, had also tried to get into the CDC’s headquarters in Atlanta but was stopped by guards before driving to a pharmacy across the street and opening fire, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press on Saturday.
A union representing workers at the CDC said the incident was not random and “compounds months of mistreatment, neglect, and vilification that CDC staff have endured.” It demanded federal officials condemn vaccine misinformation, saying it was putting scientists at risk.

Absolutely heartbreaking!
I don't know why. Maybe he didn't drive (so no license) and wasn't active on social media? Those are just guesses, btw.I'm wondering why the media is not publishing a photo of the suspect? Anyone have a lead on that?

I wish LE would either post a photo or address it just to quiet the conspiracy theorists, who I am assuming are running amok with this. idk

Yes, it's been posted on the thread, but here's the info, as of now, bbmWhat was exactly the illness that he blamed vaccine for??
I might have missed this info.

A Georgia man who opened fire on the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention headquarters, shooting dozens of rounds into the sprawling complex and killing a police officer, had blamed the COVID-19 vaccine for making him depressed and suicidal, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press on Saturday.

CDC shooter believed COVID vaccine made him suicidal, his father tells police

It's more likely, imo, that his depression was exasperated by misinformation and it was a cylce that feed itself in his mind. imoThanks!
I've never heard of SUCH side effects of this particular vaccine.
Oh well...

Nobody expects the neighbor down the street to be a killer, even if the guy is off. And, yes, neighbors have mentioned he was fixated on the vaccine and would bring up the topic of vaccines during unrelated conversations. One neighbor in particular said misinformation about the vaccine became part of his identity, essentially. That is not normal. imo. The quote:Something seems amiss with this, going quiet without further information/photo. When’s the last time this happened.?
His dad callled LE before the shooting, did he notice firearms missing? Said the son was suicidal. Odd that neighbors were surprised it was him. Picture if home shows 3 vehicles in drive, no mention of siblings.
Just seems that something is missing.
