I don't normally watch CTV, too much talking head gibberish but I'm watching it now and it is apparent that they are surprised at the guilty verdict. I'm curious what L&C has to sayAs usual, all the pundits on CTV were wrong. They look at cases through lawyer eyes and not plain everyday citizen eyes.
While waiting for the jury to come in, I saw just Scott and a woman with him. I hope he has found some joy in his life. Was anyone else there??

#MelodyFarris stands for the jury as the verdict is read…something she didn’t do during the trial.
Their decision:
GUILTY of malice murder, felony murder, concealing a death, making a false statement & aggravated assault.
Thank you so much for updating!Count 5 - Guilty
Count 4 - Guilty
Count 3 - Guilty
Count 2 - Guilty
Count 1 - Guilty
Wow.
What I heard was that MWF felt the jurors are her peers and she [MWF] didn't need to show them [jury] respect.I heard MWF considered the jury "her peers" and opted not to stand for them. Did I miss this stated in court?
Her attorney explained it in his closing arguments. He said he instructed her to sit as it was a jury of her peers.I heard MWF considered the jury "her peers" and opted not to stand for them. Did I miss this stated in court?
