Is it all right to comment on the fact that I see no online evidence of a person who is mentioned in court being in the profession they claim to be in?

Annie, perchance?

Perhaps she only has a single client and doesn't publicize her... um... services.

‘Breakdown’ podcast: Proof vs. suspicion

"The prosecution has been building its case against Tex McIver for three weeks now, putting up dozens of witnesses and questioning some of them for hours.
The new episode of our “Breakdown” podcast, which drops early Monday, examines the state’s case. McIver, of course, built part of the case against him without assistance, asking one key witness to lie, setting up a giant auction of his wife’s belongings and other such missteps.

But the prosecution needs something more than the smoking gun it already has: proof that Tex McIver intended to shoot and kill his wife, Diane.

Even after three weeks, that proof still seems more theoretical than real..

Find out more in Episode 8 of “Breakdown: The McIver Murder Case.” You can download the episode from Apple Podcasts, Stitcher or your favorite podcasting platform. Or you can stream it directly from our website, right here, right now:..."

(sarcasm) Heaven forbid the judge takes a week off! Look, the jurors were not told when selected for this trial what would happen due to Spring Break. Why is it so hard to allow the possibility that some of them would be unduly burdened by serving for a week when their kids are out of school?

Is this for sure the same person? It has her address and license in PA. It's a pretty common name.

I am very sorry it is NOT HER..Not sure where I got that. I do feel I found her at one point. Post removed.

Very difficult for me to imagine he is innocent.
He profited from her death.
He 'accidentally' pulled the trigger and the gun happened to be pointing in her direction.
He had a 'friend' driving; of whom we know little about their relationship.
On and on......

The Annie deal bothers me...she is on state list and yet I don't feel they will call her. Per this article she came with him to the first interview with detectives along with 2 attorneys...strange....and she gave him a massage within hours of the death and sleeping on the floor? https://www.law.com/dailyreportonli...se-accompanied-tex-mciver-to-police-interview

I think the jury will want to hear from her.
So funny... Sleeping on the floor... GMAB! I can't believe anyone can say that with a straight face!

What in the world would have been the rationale for that anyhow? In case he had a late night cramp and needed an emergency massage? I can't even type that with a straight face. I hope she does testify (after the sufferage the prosecution has put us all through so far we deserve a bit of real drama) but I'm not holding out much hope.

you know with this week off no telling what surprises are awaiting next week...state has to know that most "talking heads" on media are saying no way have they proved their case...can they come up with anything to change that? Maybe the defense will call Annie? Someone has to and I know the Sheriff is someone the state wants to call but I think he will just bolster the defense case and they know that now...I mean almost every witness has been better for the defense so far.

and even better when asked if she saw any "bedding" she said no. And honestly who can sleep after shooting and killing their wife?

Am going to court when trial resumes to observe. For a day or two. Will def share whatever happens that would be of interest.

Yes, I don't see her listed as a masseuse or massage therapist in the Atlanta area.

Oops, just saw mention of her credentials above. I stand corrected. Thanks. I wonder if you meet wealthy men in that line of work that recruit you for more lucrative gigs. Not judging.

Maybe "the floor" is his nickname for "the bed".

oh that will be great...I would be interested in any observations on the jury ...they are pretty interactive...personally I will not be surprised if we have some juror issues upon return after a week but hope not. Look forward to your comments.

She's no longer licensed, so I would presume you are correct and she's found other ways to earn her keep.
