Mr. Glaze was last seen on May 30, 2024 leaving Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

According to Glaze’s family, he is frequently at K & S Food Center on Newton Road where he has worked for more than 20 years and his residence on Gordon Avenue.

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The family of missing Albany man, Eric “Waldo” Glaze, has announced there is now a $1,000 reward for anyone who has information that could lead to Mr. Glaze’s location.

He has been missing since he was released from Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital on May 30th.

This isn't the best image but the Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital appears to be about 7 blocks from the Flint River. If he was disoriented, he could have wandered in the direction toward the river. I wonder if the river area was ever searched?

APD announces date for Eric Glaze search party

Glaze was reported missing on June 8 by relatives.

The Albany Police Department has announced a date for a search party for missing person, Eric Glaze.

The search party will take place on Friday, Dec. 13.

APD is asking that all volunteers report to the Law Enforcement Center’s Community Room at 9 a.m. The community room is located at 201 W. Oglethorpe Blvd. in Albany.

All volunteers are asked to dress appropriately for the weather.

One year later, the Glaze family says they still have no answers.

WALB obtained new surveillance images showing some of the last known moments of Eric Glaze, who vanished after leaving a hospital in Albany in 2024.

Surveillance video shows Glaze taking a hard fall outside of Brother’s convenience store, where he worked.

Glaze was then taken to Phoebe Putney Hospital, where another camera caught him walking out of the building. That was the last time anyone is known to have seen him.
