So with all those cameras in the bus and rail stations, I think it's probably safe to say she wasn't in those stations. I can't make out from the list above whether there are cameras on the actual buses that could have recorded her boarding one just from a bus stop and not the station, although I don't personally feel she did.

The link also mentions a 7 bus pilot program to test the cameras
and after the program that begins in Sept. thru Nov. then they "will begin
the installation on the remaining bus fleet." I don't know what year they mean,
but above it mentions the years 2013 and 2014.

There's been no update about Janet in msm for many days now.
No update on the Brookhaven Police Facebook.
Janet's disappearance doesn't seem to have ever been mentioned on the Baptist church's Facebook, unless I've not got full access to it and cannot see it.
No update on the City of Brookhaven Facebook page, although someone does ask if there is a photo of Janet. Another posts the pic of Janet with the cake and Lily and states it was taken on December 14th. So who knows.
Still hoping they find her very soon.

I saw that previously about Dec. 14th, but I assumed it was a typo and they meant Dec. 24 not Dec. 14th, considering the video of the reporter stating that the pic was taken after the Kroger video pic, which was on the 24th.

There is still info missing on this case.

It is strange to me that they would know that she was wearing black shoes but not know the color of the long dress.

In that other pic from the Baptist Church facebook website from several years back it looks like she is wearing grey color shoes imoo, not black, so unless she only has one pair of shoes now, how can they be certain it was black shoes but not know the long dress color? Many questions!

From now on, if I see an older person that looks confused, I am going to talk to them and make sure they know where they are going and are coherent. Our temperatures are so mild here but they are so vulnerable to a multitude of evil in this world.

Those of you in the medical field probably are already aware of this but for those that don't know, UTI in the elderly can cause dementia-like symptoms. They are very prone to these infections and the toxicity causes great confusion. This happened to my mother. If you have elderly friends or parents and they are confused have them checked out for UTI and rule that out as a cause. Janet would want some good to come out of her disappearance so this is just one tiny step to help others from having their name on the Missing Persons Discussion here at WS.

How does she stay in touch with her family, phone, mail?
Was Thursday her normal day to shop at Krogers? Wednesday is the day for senior discounts at Krogers in my area. What was her purchases that day and has it been checked that she brought them home? Does she go to other grocery stores?
Were her doctor, bank, pharmacy, etc all within her walking limits? Otherwise, how did she get there?
What about the search on Apple Valley Road? It goes by Fernwood Park. Does she enjoy walking in the park? Does she feed the birds? It looks like Marta station may back up to it?
Does she visit other churches in the area? What about the post office, library, department stores, small shops or restaurants? Does she visit with the homeless in the area?
Has she been wearing the same dress every time she goes to her church lately? Maybe they were mistaken in the day she was there?

Oh and Apple Valley Road. I google walked up there from the church. It's quite desolate and a lonely walk but what's up there which would make Janet want to visit? I arrived at some building with a huge car park over the road. I couldn't make out if the building was shops with apartments above or just apartments.
I so want this lady to be found. It seems like she's lived her whole life caring for others and she doesn't deserve to get to this stage of her life to be just lost at sea!

If a stranger did pick her up and harm her, what was their motive? I am assuming there has been no bank or cc activity and she didn't carry much money with her. That would be heartbreaking to know if she climbed into a car thinking they would get her home safely. Could she have walked out to the church parking lot thinking she was getting in the car with someone she knew only to fall prey to a stranger?
