Yeah, I'm tired. I've existed on six or seven hours kinda broken sleep for at least the last few days, and I'm an eight hours a night girl.
But I always knew I was going to see this through. Quinton was my first on here from start to finish, and I knew after Gannon that though I wouldn't follow that intensely for most cases, I would with Quinton if it was broadcast. And I will with Skyler, if and when his case comes to trial and if it's broadcast.
I am grateful I had the opportunity. I am honoured I got to see just how hard everyone worked to bring Quinton home and build this case and present it.
Everyone here did their jobs, and did them well. And I'm including the defense in that. A conviction means nothing if the defense doesn't do their darnedest for their client, and they did. And like I said, Hilliard asked great cross questions! So I didn't miss the jury questions I got used to from Gannon's case. He asked what I was wondering a lot of the time, especially with the technical witnesses. I appreciated that, and I can guarantee some of the jury did too.
