Can you try to get fact that police have still not searched the apartment into the media? It might also help to get her apartment complex name into the news. That would put some pressure on both police and leasing office to get moving. Bad publicity for both.
I was going to say that too. Also, maybe report her missing in the jurisdiction in which she lives, giving that address as her place of abode? Provide the "roommate's" name and apartment address to the media if necessary. The theft of the wall tapestry obviously has to be reported in the different jurisdiction. Perhaps that is the problem. It read like her aparment and her parents home were close, even walking distance I think that was said. What is the PI recommending I am wondering?

Perhaps they are taking into account the original theft in February, the Marshall's office having a warrant for arrest in March and thinking fleeing now from ? :dunno: But a question to ask the police if that is influencing them, and have answered for sure.

It appears from our insider that the theft was from place of work, the charges were reduced. The court docs say nothing about reimbursement to the company (some courts will have that on the record, this one did not show such)

I'll link where y'all can see the court information.

http://justice.fultoncountyga.gov/PASupCrtCM/CaseDetail.aspx?CaseID=7400697 NOTE: The case says court plea on 8/21 (Monday after missing) but I have heard that this was settled prior and she didn't have to go on 21st.

My concern is her safety. :heartbeat:
Why was this still listed for court on the 21st if it has been settled? Who is the attorney for Jenna on that case and has it been definitely confirmed as settled by that attorney and the court? This is strange IMO. What address does the attorney and court have for Jenna? Have they both been notified she is missing under suspicious circumstances?

My thinking if she wasn't on the lease how cooperative would staff be? Some would. I know most would want to collect the pet deposits/fee's.

ETA As the parent I would enter illegally if I thought my child might be there harmed. I know it isn't a good idea.
It would be a bad idea to set off the fire alarm too of course!!! but I cannot believe the leasing office would think more of a puppy than a missing vulnerable woman. AJMO.

But she IS on the lease so that's all a moot point.
I don't understand why no one has accessed the apt

I think I mentioned at one point that her apartment was in walking distance to her job at the pet store.

Apartment is about three miles from her parent's house. Everything is so spread out in this city, in my mind three miles is really close. Maybe not exactly around the corner, though.

Imho Setting off the fire alarm would be worse it would affect everyone in the building and doesn't guarantee a walk through to look for Jenna.

My statement quoted above was not about thinking more of a puppy than a woman that has gone missing. It was to do a walk through to see if Jenna is there or anything is there to help find her.
I am sure the office is approached by people often trying to get into an apartment.
I would hope they would open for LE to do a walk through even without a warrant though. moo
Praying and hoping Jenna's family receives hopeful news today.

Has anyone called the police in the area where she lives to request a wellness check of her at her apartment address? Wouldn't LE automatically check her apt then?

  • #348
Even if you just go to the lease office with a copy of the missing persons report...anything to get in there

  • #349
I believe our LE has made contact with roommate and should be hearing soon if he is going to visit the apt finally!

JMO, I think it's better if police check her apt. It seems unlikely she is in there at this point but there may be evidence there.

Family should knock on neighbors' doors too. Nothing illegal doing that...give them a flyer. Ask them if they've seen her...

Yes, the apartment complex mentioned in the missing flyers is 0.3 miles, an easy 6 minute walk, from where we assumed she worked prior to February.

Mapping from google maps below. Apt to work

Apt to parents, 3 miles

If parents purchased her computer, perhaps take a receipt to them to say that they own it, and parents want it back? I'm really reaching and logic is going out the door if that would even help?

I found her laptop the other day, she stopped using it months ago as It won't turn on. Turned it over to the police to see if they can find anything on the drive that may help

Seeing that she was .3 miles from her work, I was thinking/hoping perhaps she lived close to work and the apartment she lived in was in an Eruv due to her heritage and perhaps strong beliefs. If so, it would point to that area in an Eruv was a consideration as to being close to work, could walk it at the time she worked there, what she could afford.

The apartments are outside of the Druid Hills Eruv fwiw.

Any Apple techs here? Got a question. So I discovered today that Jenna for sure had iMessage enabled at least I believe so. I tried from my Mac to send her a text via iMessage to her phone number and it was delivered but not read.
I Have gotten access to 2 icloud accounts now with old emails that she had and using the security questions.
Both of those show no phone associated with them anymore.
Any way to use her phone no and look up what her apple Id or email used for it ? Apple tech support was no help as expected
