This is done for our show units, but not the vacant units. I've seen a couple posters mention master keys - we had those way back in the day and then they became taboo - haven't seen one in at least 20 years. They could actually be sold for a lot of money if the maintenance person was so inclined.We have a keytrack system. Every time a key is pulled a code has to be entered, and each employee has their own code. A log can be generated at any time to see who was the last with any particular key. This is the reason for not having a universal key for vacant units, everyone has to account for those keys in case there's ever a question.
What would be the reasons he would sell the key?
