I don't blame anyone for not talking to the press at this point. What can be said?
I believe LE when they are saying that they have one shot at this and want to get it right. But, they are calling out LS as single POI.
What do you make of her lack of arrest?
And Leticia Stauch. I’m sure there are more.Hopefully better than when Brian Laundrie was under surveillance.
Is there documentation about the cadaver dog?Hoping LE has already narrowed-down the location. If I'm not misaken (or did not dream it), apparently a cadaver dog had a hit at the landfill. A second dog may have been used as well -- just to be sure, dunno. Locating remains may be done or set to finalize tomorrow. Hoping it is already done and ready to announce.
As was said, LE gets one shot, and it has got to be solid to present the evidence and to make an arrest.
If LS was behind this horrible situation, she could have killed him and hidden the little body at any time before announcing that he was gone.
Hoping we see solid evidence, charges and an arrest tomorrow.
Hoping for justice for this sweet soul and for those who truly loved him.
We here at WS are part of this search for justice, for we, too, love that sweet little soul, as we have with so many, many others.
Grandma was usually home right? I get the impression that she was more in charge of the babysitter situation than mom. Also, I don't believe much of anything that mom says about the timeline that morning, other than the text that can be verified. Obviously someone was awake before 9:00 a.m. because he didn't just disappear. Not that I'm aware, but I haven't watched her interviews. Just trying to reconcile the 6am regular babysitter start with everyone apparently asleep until 9am.
Emily Glass :/And Leticia Stauch. I’m sure there are more.
Does Leilani have a job? Does she receive child support from any if these fathers? Where was this child support from HER supposedly coming from? She seems like she is totally dependent financially on others.
I believe Quinton was alive until the babysitter brought him back to his home the night before. She seems credible to me.<modsnip>
When was the last time a third party laid eyes on the child?
No, GM travels for work. She does not work locally. She’s probably home a week or two and then gone for several weeks.Grandma was usually home right? “I got a text this morning [October 5] saying they would not be here, would not be babysitting them at 5:29 [am], which was kind of odd because I have them even when she doesn’t work.”I have the impression that the children were taken to the babysitter. That she cared for them at her place.
She then said that Quinton’s family was often unprepared when handing off the kids: “They would drop them off with no diapers, they would drop them off with no pull-ups.”
“I’ve been keeping Quinton and [EBM: his brother] for six months. I kept them yesterday, and they went home last night [October 4],” McCarta told WSAV.

What if the babysitter is referring to BJH and not LS?
That would make more sense to me. I don’t think LS has a job.

I’ll go back to articles at the beginning of this thread stating GM was returning from out of town where she works when Quinton went missing that morning.Good Morning Mimosa Mornings!
Do you have a link where we can verify that Grandma works out of town regularly. I don't recall seeing that and it is an interesting point, if fact, since she has custody of Q and his brother. Thanks!
All relevant info is in the wonderful time line, all media references included, posted with updates in this thread. @wnk could you post it again for people who might have missed it. Thank you.Good Morning Mimosa Mornings!

Or, at any rate, maybe the State expects able adults to maintain employment, regardless of whether they do.I believe that the babysitter said that she had the kids even when Leilani was not working. I don't know if that meant to be that she currently isn't working or she just happened to not be working that day or maybe the babysitter doesn't even actually know.
I noticed on the paperwork for the child support order that both absent parents were attributed with $1,247 per month in income. Here in Ohio, if an absent parent isn't working, their income is calculated based on the minimum wage as follows: $7.25 per hour x 40 hours per week x 4.3 = $1247. If Georgia calculates in a similar manner then it would imply that neither parent was working. Or they both happen to be working 40 hours a week at minimum wage.
I don’t believe we have any sources available to us at WS that answer that question. IMOBut was this out of town work away from home a regular part of her job? Or was this an exception?
In one of LE's earliest press conferences, there was a statement: "So, let me try to get ahead of some things or some anticipated questions that you may have of me. We've located the biological father. He works very much, very north of here. We don't believe he has anything to do with.... being a custody thing or anything like that, at this point" (BBM)I believe that the babysitter said that she had the kids even when Leilani was not working.
