I feel like BJH is using the "drowned in the tub" story in order to avoid QS drowning in the swimming pool. There was no baby fence around the pool and she would be liable for such easy access (right outside of the patio door). All one would have to do is forget to shut the patio door and a small child would naturally go outside to the pool. JMO

The other boy should be able to fill in some details, she wouldn't have bathed them alone, unless, like you say there was a specific reason to bath just Q. Three year old kids notice a lot. And can communicate. There has to be a connection between the pool search and the died in tub story of gma, didn't the bio father tell LE all of that the very first day?

Do we know if cadaver dogs were used in the home and in LS vehicle? I remember that cadaver dogs hit on Casey Anthony's car and a corner of the Anthony's backyard. I'm asking this because I too want to know what took LE to the landfill other than the video of LS putting something into a dumpster. Did the dogs hit at the house or in her car?
JMO but I'm thinking that the patio door was left open and the BF discovered this when he got up to get ready to go to work. I do think that this is when Quinton was discovered "missing" and yes, I do think that the BF would have gone into the pool to retrieve him. Clothing could have been included in what LS disposed of in the dumpster. JMO.

I can see her putting him in the bathtub because he drowned in the pool and she, ignorantly thought that if found medical examiners would not be able to tell where he drowned. In the end, she just decided to dispose of him like trash. JMO
