She tried interviewing the three year old, but it was unsuccessful. He just wanted to show her how fast he could run.

She was involved in interviewing LS at the station. She recorded the interview on her phone.

The 911 call and a redacted version of the interview are entered into evidence.

The video is 30mins long. Beginning now.

The video is pointed at the ceiling, but the audio is clear.

Interesting that she said in this interview that his Mickey Mouse doll was missing along with him, however it was in the garage on the floor by the car in the photos that were just shown today.

Maybe she meant to throw it in the dumpster with his body and screwed up.

As to his crib, a tbi could cause vomiting. Blunt force, shaken baby... that poor boy.

Throws away her child but keeps the sheets.

She's a danger to humanity.

BUSTED throwing Quinton's father under the bus saying there were Facebook messages saying he was going to take Quinton, but there were no such messages found after getting those records from Facebook and her phone.

Enough with the sniffling.

Yeah, TBI would do it.

And her reported anger while using cocaine makes me think she beat him.

Emotionally immature drug user who resents this specific child, in relationship turmoil with her partner, is left alone late at night after having her wisdom teeth out with a toddler who takes a reported 40 mins to scream and grizzle his way to sleep. She wanted to shut him up, and rather than doing what another parent would do and take a walk or put on headphones, she did something that resulted in his death. And not a drawn out death, a quick death that she quickly moved to cover up by disposing of his body.

She's dropped the 'crying' and now is laughing? I can't picture myself laughing if my child was missing.

One of the jurors was sleeping! :/

eta: judge tells them to try to stay awake lol

There appears to be a discussion going on (minus jury) about using the surviving children's names and identifying information because of privacy for those children.

This seems a fair request from the defense. Those kids deserve protection, and the 30min delay allows for editing/bleeping to cover those names and identifying information.

That clerk with the different fashionista glasses and matching earrings every day though..

Jury back, three minutes of video left.

Compared to the beginning, LS's tone is night and day. She sounds relaxed, calm. Occasionally laughs to punctuate her statements.

The shift was very quick when "good cop" started being nice.

I KNOW! I was going to comment on that! It looks like she, the judge, and the guy next to her all went, 'today, it's all about PINK!' Very stylish. Making me sitting on my couch in my PJs feel seriously underdressed.

Breaking for lunch, back at 1:20 ( plus half hour delay for the feed).

Judge' decision - Burden of censoring living children's surnames and birthdates falls to the media, which is fair and doable.
