I'm also wondering if she'll say anything. I was honestly shocked that she didn't take the stand during the trial but I guess with all the lies she told LE and others she most likely thought it was a lost cause.

It’s interesting to me to watch the behavior of accused murderers during trial. I thought for sure loudmouth Letecia was going to demand to testify and while I wouldn’t have been surprised if Leilani took the stand it seemed unlikely.

I don’t think she’ll make a statement today, especially since an appeal is pending. But I sure would like to know what’s rolling around in her brain. Certainly no feelings of remorse IMO.

Recapping the mountain of false statements by Leilani and all the people she tried to frame.

going over some of her interviews and highlighting the convict's many denials and lies which show a lack of remorse and a failure to take responsibility for her crime.

The evolving tales she told like abduction by Bubba, when he was debunked she claimed strangers must have taken him, then she claimed Michelle must have taken him, then after Danny left her she alleged Danny must have done something to him. She claimed he was the one who dumped the baby in the dumpster. Eventually she tried to tell LE that thinks Quinton must have died in the bathtub by accident. Never once was hesitant to throw all those individuals under the bus, despite her claims that she would "take responsibility" if she had done something to him.

9/2/24 she said - there is no evidence against me. no DNA no forensic evidence no murder weapon, etc etc etc.

[this was a letter she wrote to WTOC requesting they investigate the state unjustly prosecuting her]

Leilani sent a letter to the media 5 weeks before trial.

Leilani says there's no evidence. Lists all the things the State doesn't have.

Says the State railroaded her.

Says the case is circumstantial and speculative.
