http://m.thecrier.net/mobile/news/article_d0ffa500-e61f-11e1-8e9d-001a4bcf887a.html Not sure if this has been posted . A good review from a local paper.

It has information in it I have not seen elsewhere and is a great summary. I did not realize that they are now claiming that her brother erased files as I had thought from the trial that she gave her password to her brother for Hemy to have. Thinking now that question by the prosecutor to get Andrea under oath that she gave her password to her brother is being used in the family visitation litigation now that I consider what I know, and that is not information that the state gave the reporter.

Thanks for the article. I didn't realize the Sneiderman family was using the same family attorney that Mrs. Neuman used for her divorce. Interesting.

IIRC, it was AS' cousin who supplied Hemy with AS' password on her computer immediately after the killing (although under cross from the State, she said HN looked over her shoulder for the password, because he was stalking her - but under testimony by defense she said she gave it to cousin to give to HN).

Thanks Brown, that seems to ring a bell as to cousin now that you mention it. So, then, we have her brother perhaps erasing stuff off Andrea/Rusty personal computer....and cousin/Hemy with password for Andrea Work computer that Hemy picked up after he shot Rusty.

Is that what is being understood by you and others after listening to the trial and reading that article?

Yes, that is my understanding as well. Lots of moving pieces here!

I'm curious about January 4th's events. That is the day HN was arrested and AS spoke to LE earlier in the day. According to her testimony, she stated she was interviewed (did she go to them on her own? anybody know this...) and she provided HN's name as a potential suspect. When pressed by defense, she admits she gave LE a long list of suspects (I'm sure the random people she listed in court appreciated that!), with HN on that list. Earlier in her testimony, she made it sound like she just told them I think HN did it, but that wasn't exactly true.

I wonder if she had been in secret discussion with HN and they knew he was about to be arrested (did he let her know he was about to confess). Therefore, to save her own butt, she added him to the list (but didn't want to throw him under the bus so added a bunch of names to the list as a loving gesture to him).

Of course this long list of suspects appears to contradict the conversations she had with her friends/family where she says she told them she thought HN did it.

Wow I just read the article posted most recently. I do hope Rusty's parents are able to get primary custody of Sophia and Ian. Andrea is so wicked! Even denying them the ability to Skype their grand kids. She needs to go down, in a big way! Looking forward to the bond hearing. I'm sure Herb and Bonita are going to bail her out though...

If AS is granted bail, I hope it is at least a million bucks. This woman is so disgusting. I have gotten pulled into watching this closely and cannot wait for her trial! I will not miss it!

The juxtaposition of the view from thr IS camera in the courtroom is so telling. The differences in Andrea composure vs. Rustys father on the back row. Who is the woman sitting to Andreas right every day?

I think it's her mother? Though she looks very young to be mom. JMO

http://dunwoody.patch.com/articles/opinion-attorney-analyzes-sneiderman-s-upcoming-bond-hearing

This is a link that talks about lawyers opinion on what will happen at the bond hearing tomorrow. Does anyone know if it will be broadcast live?

Last week IS said they will have the hearing.
I'm not sure if they will show the actual hearing, I don't even know what time the hearing will be.
IS is tricky, they make it sound as if they will show it life, just like right now, they're pretending this is a life hearing.

Shout out! I just got an email response from the lawyer who wrote the bond hearing article three posts above says...

--------------

The Rule Nisi (order to appear for bond hearing) says 1:30 pm. There are several requests filed by the media to install recording and photography equipment. I would expect it will be streamed online.
--------------------

So, that is what I know and will look tomorrow am to what media may be doing live streaming etc. And post back unless someone else beats me to it.

What whaaaat?!?!? :woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

People, this is going to be quite a scene... even if it is just a hearing. AS is way too dramatic to pass the chance at protagonizing her own soap opera

http://www.facebook.com/events/330850160339873/

there is even a post on facebook for an event, it is for the bond hearing. I guess it was just created. I see 2 people are attending. I don't know how to post there I can only see it. So if anyone wants to post information that it is at 130, people are wondering what time it is.,

NOTE ETA Tbis is a SEPARATE facebook page than the other FB page mentioned in the article. I only found this bond event facebook page which I posted two posts back upon stumbling across it when I googled the bond hearing, and I haven not looked who is behind that Facebook page for the bond hearing. If that is what is being inquired on perhaps someone more savvy can find out that information.

Whoa... who maintains that page you know?

If you go to that website that you link. There is an about us click on it. It appears to be a newspaper that is a franchise. I am following thee bob Bashara case up north in michigan, I have seen that case listed and written about that case often and that patch type article newspaper also. It has local information usually that is spot on with trial information.
