posted today in the atlanta journal constitution at 530 pm

and this link it says quotation "You're going to hear from a number of her friends and family," defense co-counsel Doug Chalmers said. They have remained silent, he said, "out of respect for the legal process" but are "absolutely convinced of her innocence and are anxious to speak out at the right time." Referring to the bond hearing tomorrow at 1:30 pm. Still no info on who will be streaming or broadcasting live. Hmmm, makes me consider going.

I can't wait to see what she looks like after 3 weeks in jail.

I assume she will receive some type of bond.

I was just sitting here thinking earlier- how many 'friends' did Andrea have? Because she is the type of person I would distance myself from, just her general attitude and the way she carries herself, a big ICK in my book.
Now to read that she has many friends and family that will stand behind her- I am surprised!!!

Honestly, and this is my life experience based opinion, she seems to have a huge sense of entitlement. And arrogance. And I will bet you my new shoes ( OMG they are DIVINE) that her family is the enabling type. And that she has surrounded herself with people that buy her facade.
Again.. MOO:moo:

Ya, I guess the upside to committing a crime in DeKalb county could be the possibility of watching Mr. James trying to convict you! He is quite handsome. And beautiful.

Tape the trial and GO to the bond hearing. 2/3 of the taped trial is commercials and commentary. And repeats of what we have already seen.

Did she know HN was in dire financial straits? Or did she see him as a very successful, older, brilliant man who was more in line with her goals? Has it ever been said what HN's salary/bonus was? I would assume Dir of Ops at GE (probably for a division though - no the entire corp?) would have to be at LEAST $150 base and maybe ability to make $50 bonus? Or am I way off?

Quoting myself. :-)

Just found an article from March that says he made $140 a year. That's not very much if you live in a $510k house, have a stay at home wife (back then, she's working now), and putting 3 kids in college.

Andrea made 120k! WTH! That makes me want to revisit how she got the job at GE. Was it not through a girl friend of hers knowing someone close to Hemy. Can someone refresh my memory as it seems so odd to be nired in 2010 and she got such a high salary without direct experience in a similar position at another company. Something seems amiss perhaps?

New article this morning in the atlanta journal constitution
--this link is a good article. I

I also see that myfoxatlanta.com will have the hearing live streaming today for the bond hearing. I will keep an eye out for other options. TruTV says they will be doing live streaming also. Do not see that they will relace the 1-3 od Drew Peterson on tv.?

You and I think a lot alike! I remember thinking that too. IIRC, her last job had been at Harvard Business School and her job previous to that was at a small start up tech firm. That's a big stretch to go from small time to GE.

IIRC, she got the job from a book club she belonged to. I think one of the women knew Mrs. Neuman and asked her to forward her resume to HN.

I guess if you considered how HN padded his expense reports with the finer things in life, that almost doubled his salary!

I vote for the bond hearing!! :woohoo: You could give us the scoop on things we won't see on tv!

I'm just outside the metro area. If the office wasn't shorthanded this week, I would have gone.

Question. We know that Andrea called Hemy about 6 times after the shooting. Thinking that she told Hemy in one of those O SHEET I forgot to get the computer to erase some stuff as that is the FIRST thing he did when he got to GE after shooting. He got her laptop.
