I'm local too!! Embry Hills/Tucker area. Been following this case since the first news alert of Rusty's shooting the morning of 11/18/10, and just THRILLED that AS has talked her way right into the DeKalb County jail!! Would go today if work weren't in the way, but am counting on your full report of the festivities.

Hmmm...when time for the trial rolls around it would be one time I wouldn't mind getting a jury duty summons

Just saw this...bet Judge Adams can't wait to see MRS Sneiderman again!

Ya, I can't wait too. I am thinking the DA's may refer to her as MS. Sneiderman just for entertainment purposes. I have a feeling she may be just as indignant as a defendant as she was as a witness though.

ETA to the local foks, I NIGHLY suggest that you email the attorney that wrote this article and let him k ow you are local and following tbe case...as I believe he will email you sometning ery Interesting. Ok, just got communication from the attorney who wrote article. He has informal meetups around the Perimeter Mall area and next one is 6-9 tomorrow night for drinks and discussion and food at a restaurant. I RSVPd that I am going to go. Anyone else wanna join me?

I assume she will receive some type of bond.

If I lived nearby I would also go to the bondhearing.
But I can't, so I'll watch the hearing on my laptop.

On the stand this am is the person that sold him the gun. DeSilva sold it to him and was testifying that after he bought the gun and Hemy threw it in lake Lanier and said don't ever have a mistress and that Hemy was having problems and GUN WAS SEEN BY members of the family. Ten Hemy said that folks would be asking about the gun. And Hemy said to say that he only knew him through Georgia Tech and that the reason for contact was to get friend a job. Then Hemy tried to pay him to keep quiet. He said no and he went back to work. This happened after he moved jobs from Atlanta Fish Market valet to being a valet in mid to late November at Buckhead diner.
The Judge I believe asked him how Hemy found him and he said that Hemy went to old job at Fish Market and the other workers told him where he was then working..

I am ready for going to court! Have on a suit that I bought for interviewing.ha! Will give you all an update later!

Mr. Weinberg said he also followed along here during the HN trial, and hoped that he could help with some of our discussions. I told him that we would love that!

Someone upthread asked who started the facebook page of State vs. Andrea Sneiderman. It was two women from Australia! Not a WS member that I recognize.(miss Oz from FCA case!) I do not tweet, but the lawyer who did that article and is doing the meetings to discuss case here in Atlanta has a twitter account about this trial and he is @SpeakerDave . Can someone who tweets check that out?

I'm in metro Atlanta and would love to go see some of the trial or do the meet-up, but my company is horrible about giving any time off unless you ask two weeks ahead of time.
