I totally agree with you. I was shocked when I saw her in court Her behaviour was so arrogant and disrespectful! I hope the judge denies her request also, I wonder how many lightbulbs her new friend Joseph has had to change for her. What a piece of work!!

There's a couple of photos from her last court appearance - I guess I missed it. Her hair looks great.

What the heck other than PR spin is the reason to even mention Yahrtzeit as that is a ceremony to light a 24 hour candle which she could watch for 24 hours at her house. Bring up visit to grave has nothing to do with observance I don't believe.... that only is her lawyers getting out greiving woman persona due to having a gag order. They have to, of course, keep her in the media so that it helps there request for change of venue?

I'm Jewish and I know of no Jewish law that says you must visit the grave on the anniversary of the death, you only need to light the candle and say the prayer. This is a publicity stunt IMO.

We did an "unveiling" ceremony at my (Jewish) grandmother's grave on the 1st anniversary of her passing, which involved prayers, songs and small stones, but I've never heard of anything similar for the second anv.

A member here on Ws invited two media folks (CBS person and local newspaper pwerson) to bring the case back into the news during the gag order to highlight his group in Atlanta. Not sure that I am in agreement with doing such as it seems that this acceptance of media or actual solicitation for PR for this member and his group is questionable as to promote.

Yes, gag order is not on media, but making news when there is not a story....just to keep the case in the news and perhaps give defense the numbers of media hits for change of venue......
It leaves a bad taste in my mouth for some reason.

Joseph Dell and his wife separated in June 2011 - 7 months after Rusty was murdered. His wife was pregnant at the time. She did not file for divorce until Feb 21, 2012.

Throughout the 58 recorded conversations from the DeKalb County Jail between Andrea Sneiderman and Mr. Dell (in August), the defendant directed Mr. Dell to move in with her parents, whom he refers to as "mom and dad". Mr. Dell also told Andrea "I love you" to which she said "I don't know what to say"

Yes, the article states that, but it's not correct.
The prosecutor said: "We BELIEVE they live in the same residence".

"DeKalb prosecutors want to talk with a man they say may be living with Andrea Sneiderman".

Ya, seems to me like she wants to maybe intimidate some of the witnesses. Glad she was denied this request.

After seeing her on the stand, I think her attorneys are going to have tough-going on those depositions. AS will be able to hear the proceedings and communicate with them. That means they have to wear a bug in their ear and have her shouting instructions constantly.

We know how she loves to intimidate people. Does she plan on intimidating her lawyers as they try to do those depos? Wish I could be a fly-with-a-bug-in-my-ears-on-the-wall for one good one!

I know there has been discussion earlier about the two condos off Holcomb Bridge Rd. as possible residence for AS and her parents but when I watched this video with the attached update from 11alive it shows a house with the number 4390...this doesn't match the house numbers for those two condo.

now I did some checking on that address and it is a house that is located off Milton Pkwy. and list 5 other residents with another last name but includes AS father and mother as residents also....4 bedroom, 3 full baths...That's alot of people! now add AS + kids+ Joseph Dell...
