I don't think either she nor Hemy did much work at all. They just traveled and um, um, well you know.

I don't remember the exact number, but there were a few shots with the last one a contact wound in the neck area. It was described in the media at the time as an assassination.

Mr - the whole point is they wouldn't have had to g through all this if AS has told the truth to begin with.

Need a memory refresher on Hemy's insanity conviction: Can he at a later date be found sane and be eligible for parole?

I really don't think so, Chelly. I honestly don't think anything would change as the guilty part would still stand. This is just MOO.

Hemy was declared guilty, but mentally ill. The insanity defense failed. With this verdict, he has to serve his life sentence, but is treated for his mental illness (which I think he mostly made up). At present, he is housed in a mental health facility in prison.

The judge just told the jurors that, while one of them sent a note indicating he/she had a conflict on Monday, they "have to be her eat 9:00". Oh snap, but at the same time wth... what if this is a months-ago planned medical appointment?

a juror has a issue with Monday...appt? Judge said I need you here! Basically too bad. wow

She's living in Johns Creek, so head up north. I went to dinner there last weekend and looked around to see if she might have been in the restaurant. No, really, I did. :floorlaugh::facepalm:
