When was this interview done, did anyone catch the date?

I'm not positive but I think Nov 19th

I can't believe AS could not get someone to watch those kids while the detectives interviewed her.:banghead:

I now see that this marriage might not have been as wonderful as presented -- could it be that Andrea was tired of all the failed attempts of Rusty to make a living that she just wanted out and be in control of all money? Rusty sounds like he might have been a loose cannon at his jobs with other companies -- enough to be fired from more than a few jobs -- I could never figure out why she would want him murdered if he was so successful -- maybe she didn't think he was.

She wanted rid of Rusty, but wanted ALL his $$$$$$$ they saved eatin' all those peanut butter & jelly sammiches.....just sayin':floorlaugh:

AS had a house full of guests. And even though they were observing Shiva I should think AS would have made arrangements to meet with LE in a quiet place, any place quieter than where she was. At some point she realizes the noise is way too loud, her child is crying, she could have asked her mother to put the kids to bed and sent the friends/neighbors with children home. For all she knew the killer could have been in the house among the family while she is being opening questioned by police. In an investigation time is very, very important to preserve evidence. jmo

It reminds me of another defendant with whom I'm familiar. Do Starbucks strawberry fraps ring a bell for anyone?

Andrea Sneiderman trial testimony day 3

During opening statements, ADA Kellie Hill told jurors they would lay out their case (mostly) in a chronological fashion. Today, they paid close attention to the timing of events on the days surrounding Rusty Sneiderman's murder. That timing is in debate and central to the charges against Andrea Sneiderman. The jurors are being asked to connect the dots on that timeline. Because the testimonies have come from various people at various times, it's hard to do.

I think we all know that AS knew during the questioning on November 19th that she new who had killed Rusty. It was the mexican guy (aka Hemy) the one beside their house on November 10th.

I hope the juror's know what happened in the trial with Hemy. So now they can see how ridiculous AS sounds in these police interviews.

It's also clear to me that Andrea strung Hemy along to get him to kill Rusty. She had zero interest in him. His finances were in a terrible state.

And I think we all know that even Hemy knows that now & has for a while. Poor guy -- he fell for that woman (how in the world -- maybe she had a good bedside manner?), killed for her, is now in jail, and she's letting him hang out to dry again. Poor fool. Mnnnmmm. What a woman. She rivals Arias, IMO, and yes, MCA.

Greetz, LambChop! :seeya:

I didn't know that they were sitting Shiva for him during this hullaballoo. Wow, what dishonor to this man. Not one whit did she care, and "love" -- what a flippin' joke.

I wonder what her parents really think of her?

Anyway, Great Post, LambChop -- you covered it all.

I may have missed this info - can anyone fill me in?
When AS goes to the preschool who, and exactly when did they tell her Rusty was dead? I assume it was before the collapse, but who knows with this chic.

Nope, JusticeJunkie and that's what makes her falling out(as seen on video today) even more ludicrous..NO ONE had told her anything, except there was an accident..even she claims she had no idea Rusty was shot, much less deceased, until she was at the hospital a couple hours later..

but uh-oh for Andrea as she told her FIL that Rusty had been shot while she was en route to the daycare..and uh-oh again as she actually sent a text to a coworker stating Rusty was shot as well..and she told this HOURS PRIOR TO WHEN SHE CLAIMS SHE WAS FIRST TOLD RUSTY WAS SHOT..

I had a hard time listening to the tape with the detectives at her home. Could not listen to it all but did AS say that the repairman for the gas meter said that the gas line was faulty due to age? Not sure that was what I heard?

Another thing.......I know, I know. AS kept saying she fell on the ground getting out of the car at the daycare. She fell to the floor at the hospital and she mentions falling one other time because of her "extreme" state of mind. The video we saw today was very, very bizarre. It's as if the police officer is trying to pull her into the daycare and she's resisting. She keeps pulling at him and grabbing him as if she was trying to pull him down or trying to get him to release her so she would fall. Just so weird. I'd be running into that daycare to check on my son or hope my husband was inside because I would not have seen an ambulance. The officer said he did not tell her anything. jmo

I agree it was very bizarre as if she was attempting to get out of his grip so that she could fall to the ground..it wasn't as tho she was rushing to get into the daycare and he is stopping or slowing her..its almost the complete opposite in her not at all attempting to go forward into the building, but rather just trying to wrangle herself away backwards in wanting to fling herself to the ground..

Idk..it was just so bizarre ..

I really think that hopefully in a few years a SANE HEMY will realize the depths of AS's deceit and will tell the truth about her involvement...Than she will face a Conspiracy to commit murder charge...The DA needs Hemy's testimony.

:seeya: Good morning! This may not be the trial we wanted, but it is what it is. After watching the Hemy Neuman trial (twice), this has been a must see. I want Andrea's chickens to come home to roost right on her head to lay rotten eggs.

I'm hoping that after Hemy's appeal, he might (with all the psychological counseling he's been getting), come to his senses and stop acting like Andrea's protective knight-in-tarnished-armor.

I am relieved that the murder charges were dropped for now. I doubt most of what we have heard so far would go to the conspiracy charge. The only part could be the fact that she clearly knew Rusty had been shot before being told at the hospital. The text message to the co-worker sealed the deal on that. It's no longer a he/she/she said.

I hope to see her former BFF on the stand next to bolster all that testimony and to tell what Andrea told her about the affair.

I find this Dunwoody detective to be very credible and competent...so I don't think dragging him down help Andrea either. In fact for a brand new to homicide investigation, Dunwoody was lucky to have him working and solving RS murder so quickly.
