I LOVE how this prosecution team does not debase or verbally assault the witnesses, even when they are hostile ones like this lady. I know I am not too much of a peoples' fave on this, but I did not like Juan Martinez' style very much when it came to that (dude's the man for other reasons, but not his finesse).

She's being confronted with her sworn deposition. She's lying for her child. While understandable, it's still wrong. College professor who felt "intimidated" while giving a sworn statement which I'm sure there were lawyers present.

True. But the confrontation is being elegant and based on facts, not emotional. I am not too enthused by theatrics from lawyers :moo:

That's is a cool area.-- those folks are usually compassionate people, but this can also make them overprotective. Explains a lot.

According to AS mother AS was on the phone with her while she was driving to Dunwoody Prep....but records show she was on the phone with Don Sneiderman, and Shayna Citron. Does that mean that she called DS and SC before she called her own parents
