Exactly. Even if on some off chance Andrea found out at the school that Rusty had been shot (doubtful, ES changed her story), it just doesn't account for the fact that she informed Don Sneiderman of the shooting before she even reached the school. I guess the defense just wants to muddy the waters and poke holes. But that is one thing that they can't explain.

Also, what school begins kindergarten in April?

It was registration for the following school year, I think. So, before school lets out for the summer, you take your child to the school and get them acquainted with it so at the end of the summer it isn't so scary. IMO

BBM -- right -- these emails were cherry-picked by the defense to show all were just work related, how much pressure Andrea was under, how hard she worked, self-serving, etc. --these are only a small portion of all emails between the two of them -- this seems desparate -- also having the Rabbi reading them (?) huh?

Can't wait to hear Beth's take on this -- one of the talking heads on 11 alive just said there have been a few comments about what's in Clegg's drinking cup -- haha.

Tip, Clegg said this AM that the incitement included the accusation that AS knew about the murder BEFORE it happened. As Seattle would say, "Confuzem". Haha

Someone, I think on FB or here on Websleuths, said she was a court reporter in Robert James' county and that he was very good and he was like Juan Martinez. I see it. He's not quite as fiery, but he is feisty and doesn't suffer fools. And that decision to drop murder charges for the time being will probably prove to be a great strategy. It won't hang the jury up and have them acquit her of all charges because of the big charge that wasn't proven.
