Haha. How much did they pay him for this non information??BOMBSHELL NOT - The cell towers can't prove they were in the same room. Well, DUH! I could have told you that! This is silly. :twocents:

Isn t there a bunch of OTHER testimony that tells us they were there together?
Maybe I am wrong, but this seems like such a waste of time -- the prosecutor only has to ask one question of this witness, 'does the cell tower information prove that Hemy Neuman was in Colorado during July 21, etc.'? when by Hemy's own statements, he was not on work related business.
Am I getting confused on which trips are which? Isn't there a bunch of other proof they were there together?
I thought I must be getting my trips confused. Why discount only ONE part of the evidence they weretogether when the rest remains? As far as I know, there is alot of circumstantial evidence for and against -- she told detectives he was not in Denver during that time -- there is the desk clerk who had to read the love note from Hemy to Andrea at front desk, room and size of bed changes, emails about flowers and chocolates supposed to be sent to room, emails about Hemy being able to not getting a car service from airport because he was not on work related business, etc. --
So we have their opinions against written e- mails? she wrote several peeps they was a lot of arguing. which one do I believe??Another happy couple witness.
