I wish I knew how to post pic's. WAT has posted some pretty funny picture's of Mr James while he has been giving his closing. Very animated!

I've been trying to post those too! They are funny and worth checking out.

How long will deliberations take? I'm gonna say 3 hours.

If she is found guilty of any of the 13 counts, how much jail time is she looking at?

I still find it so strange that this case required 8 attorneys! 4 on each side for a 2 week trial? :waitasec:

No, that was the guy who testified yesterday -- he is from Chicago and used to stay at their house when he was in Atlanta -- said Rusty and Andrea had great marriage, etc.

Let's see. It is 3:25 p.m. their time. Judge still needs to give jury instructions. Jury needs to pick a chairman. I have a feeling jury will want to deliberate. tomorrow. TH say they'd be surprised if verdict today. I'd say verdict by lunch tomorrow morning.

Judge is going to give 18 minutes notice of a verdict.

Why 18? Why not just round it to 20? :giggle:

Can I just ask one question that has been on my mind?

Is that lady with the thing over mouth the court reporter? And what exactly is that thing and what is she doing with it? Is she talking into it?

I read last night that this delightful judge gives tough sentences. I wish, like you, I knew more about the possible sentences. The TH yesterday said the jurors can find unanimously for only some of the counts, and she would serve time for just the counts they found her guilty of.
But then he mentioned a mistrial, too. So I'm confused. Wish we had an attorney on this thread.
