She got off easy, IMO. But ... there's no statute of limitations for murder, so in theory, she will always have to wonder if there will be enough evidence uncovered to charge her at some point. Could be years and years, but who knows...

Neuman also asked for a new trial after claiming he was convicted due to the false testimony Andrea Sneiderman gave.

Attorneys for Neuman appeared before the Georgia Supreme Court on Jan. 20 to argue their case for a new trial. The Georgia Supreme Court has until mid-July to issue a ruling for Neuman.

Andrea Sneiderman's request for a new trial will be heard at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 3.
