Still think he got off too easy. He is NOT mentally ill or insane.

Easy? I disagree. He is serving life. He'll go to a regular prison once his mental illness, be it what it may, is under control. Anyway, life is not a dream in a psych ward in prison anyway.

I think anyone who can murder another person (besides self defense) is mentally ill. Not an excuse for murder and not to say they can be rehabilitated, but I don't think people in their right mind kill someone else.

I rewatched the opening and closing last night.(Half punishment, then the fun half - haha). I must have missed the first minute of the def closing live. On the vids, I see the judge telling the def something about Georgia law. Was the def arguing that they wanted more than an hour for closing, and is that Georgia law? The part I saw was a hoot, but I wish they would have shown the def"s faces. Is that where Clegg got the idea for the "egg on their face" when he was talking about LE?

Godspeed to the jurors. And now...we wait together. What good company I get to be in with you all.

Ah, I didn't realize that. I thought he would be in a mental institution for the rest of his life. Sorry. I still don't think he's mentally ill. Just easily manipulated. And for some reason, fell hard for Andrea. Probably because it was something new in his cruddy life and she was willing. But killing for her...I don't get it.

They jury wants clips of two of the videos played. Through the buzz, I heard something mentioned about Andrea's mother's deposition we saw in the prosecution case where she said they didn't know what happened to Rusty until the hospital and that Andrea never told her about the Hemy e-mail with all the drama.

Jurors request to review tapes 63a 63b tapes I hope I have that right; I dk how long they are disc about whether to view in court room or jury room; State states they already have disk in there with them. Judge bringing jury out.

andrea looked a little shocked like "wow they didn't even look at me" this is my observation based on how she was looking at them. Just now as they filed OUT. Lunch for jury will be 12 noon to 1:00Pm
