As soon as Jury decides which tapes to view and IF THEY WANT to view them in open court; then it will be:

Jury came back in. Judge tells them that they cannot have a DVD player, but if they want to view something, they need to communicate what they want to see. They can then view it in open court.

They are all leaving until there is another communication.

A little confused here. They sent the "videos" back to the jury room, correct? So then the jury asks for a DVD player on which to watch these "videos" and the judge denies that request? So if the jury wants to watch and discuss they just hold one of the "videos" up to their foreheads and make up a story about what is on it? How strange, why even send them back to the jury room if the jury has no way to watch them!

I agree. Her lies were pretty clear to me when I watched that tape and then listened to her current testimony.

I don't agree with the jurors having to watch it in open court with the lawyers and defendant. They should have the ability to review evidence and discuss it privately... what if a juror wanted to point something specific out to their co-jurors... can't do that with everyone watching.

I see it as a good sign that the jurors want to look at something again. I had wanted them to have more time to deliberate yesterday while Mr. James closing was still fresh in their heads, though.
At least we know the jurors are not just saying she's not guilty after a very short time.
Would the clips they are asking for pertain to the perjury charge? Isn't that the last charge on their verdict sheet?

Hi cubegirl :seeya: I keep Wild About Trial's twitter feed up on my computer.. he will send out a tweet as soon as a verdict is announced. I couldn't find any local news stations offering verdict alerts on text, but maybe somebody else knows of some.

Begin at 33:00 and listen for a few minutes as she tells how Andrea read the contents to her. She says Andrea wanted to call the police, but Mom was afraid for their safety, etc., etc., etc.
