:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

JMO ... seriously though, she is a very unlikeable person ...

When I watched the videoclips of her on the stand in Hemi's trial, I thought she was belligerent, arrogant, narcissistic . . . as well as definitely "hiding something" ... she was NOT a "grieving widow" ... :waitasec: more like a "black widow" ...

:moo:

If she were convicted, why wouldn't she get carted off to jail right from the courthouse?

I think AS would be given time to get her "affairs" (:floorlaugh:) in order and sentencing would be at a later date. BUT this same judge went right ahead with Hemy's sentencing. Her lawyers would appeal, and maybe she would have bail pending outcome of her appeal. IOW, IDK!!!!

Personally, I'd love to see AS get carted off to jail this very day!

Andrea Sneiderman Counts

1 HINDERING THE APPREHENSION OF A CRIMINAL

Destroyed text messages and a record of telephone calls between herself and Hemy Neuman exchanged on the date of the murder; concealed her romantic relationship with Hemy Neuman from police; and concealed her knowledge of Hemy Neuman’s culpability in the murder of Russell Sneiderman.

2 CONCEALMENT OF MATTERS WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE DUNWOODY POLICE DEPARTMENT

Concealing the existence of a romantic relationship while that Department was conducting an official investigation.

3 MAKING A FALSE STATEMENT OF MATTERS WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE DUNWOODY POLICE DEPARTMENT

Told police never suspected that Hemy Neuman was involved in the murder of Russell Sneiderman prior to December 28, 2010.

4 PERJURY

That she did not have knowledge that Russell Sneiderman had been shot at the time she spoke to Donald Sneiderman prior to her arrival at Dunwoody Prep.

5 MAKING A FALSE STATEMENT

Accused told police she did not know what had happened to Russell Sneiderman at the time she a had arrived at Dunwoody Prep.

6 PERJURY

9 PERJURY

10 MAKING A FALSE STATEMENT

Denied that Hemy Neuman was in Longmont, Colorado, in July 2010

11 PERJURY

At the time she was in Longmont, Colorado, with Hemy Neuman, she believed he was there on business for GE.

12 PERJURY

She and Hemy Neuman did not kiss while in Greenville, South Carolina.

13 PERJURY

It was due to her mother’s suspicions of Hemy Neuman’s involvement in the murder of Russell Sneiderman that she did not immediately report her suspicions to the Dunwoody Police Department.

thank you so much for posting this...very helpful!!! based on this list, so many of the counts seem to go together. it's like, if you find her guilty of one, how can you find her not guilty of another one. looking at this list makes me realize this might be tough for a jury of 12 people to agree on every single one. I just read through this again and I think she's guilty of all of them. I tried to pick out ones that I thought a jury might find her "not guilty" of and then I would look at the others and I realized "wait, how could i find her not guilty of this one but then guilty of another one? as they are so similar?" So many of the perjury charges also relate to the charges of her lying to police. UGh im sure this post doesn't make any sense, sorry!

Jeff Hullinger from 11 Alive is getting on my nerves - he makes so many on air errors.

My apologies for the Drama Queen font on all of that! :scared: I couldn't help myself.

I put what the charges were for so we could discuss the specifics of what the jury did and didn't believe when the verdicts do come down. I'll post a more modest version when the verdict is announced! :floorlaugh:

As I was putting it together, I found the same as you, the content of the counts overlap. Lying to the police is one thing and lying to the jury is another! It wouldn't surprise me if they found her not guilty on the "kiss" charge, even though I do believe the gal that testified. She and Hemy were the ONLY customers in the place. Take one bored bartender and a rather "stand out in a crowd" couple, and she would remember!

TH saying that even if she is found guilty, there is a good chance she won't serve any jail time. Just probation. BOOOO!

  • #376
TH saying AS could get PROBATION. Darn. Hoping not.

I was only asking because I wasn't sure if it was the poster's opinion or a fact that she wouldn't be taken into custody right then and there. Hemy was taken to jail immediately because 1)he already lived there and 2)he was convicted of murder.

I was under the impression that if you get convicted of a crime and the punishment is jail time, you get taken immediately and formally sentenced at a later time. I've seen defendants released on bail while their appeals are pending. I'm sure it's based on the nature of the crime and probability of flight risk.

I don't agree with this guest attorney. The prosecutor's office doesn't file many perjury charges and these were special, since it involved a murder case.

On the other hand, I sincerely doubt Bonnie Greenberg would never be charged with perjury. She is an elderly mother (younger than me) and standing up for her daughter.

And it's better to listen instead of watch. His guest's wife must have overslept this AM.
That suit, shirt combo is the pits!
