Okay I'm 99% sure I found dakotas FB and it's VERY disturbing. He was sharing article about Sam, too. I found him by looking on Brandon's friends and he goes by a different name / doesn't have any pictures of himself but someone calls him Dakota in a comment

I've noticed as I looked through brandons friends he has a lot of those juggalos (clowns that follow the clown posse band and dress in face paint etc.)
Um I pray this has NOTHING to do with the clown craze. Poor Sam can't stop crying. He had ambition and a good chance of becoming someone who could add to this world.

I wondered that too!! My line of thnking was tht they just showed up but as these things go, stupid mistakes, thank God he texted him or they'd likely be no trail!!

His dad (Sam's) wasn't home at the time he left correct? Maybe they just went for a joyride and maybe smoked some weed. They are teens after all. Nothing too big in my opinion. I personally don't find weed a terrible drug. JMOO though and in no way am I saying this for sure happened. But it was a Friday night and boredom can creep in so maybe they just went for a quick ride to chill. I don't think he thought he would be gone long though and he left his phone at home. I think they lured him with intent. Bless his heart he probably trusted his friends.

Wow. That was not at all the outcome I foresaw. I actually thought he was tripping on LSD and would be found alive. I'm so very sad that someone who was his friend turned out to be responsible for the murder.

Check out the FB page of White, if you haven't yet, because his page will likely be shut down/made private as we've seen with other cases. You can see that White and Warren wrote a lot to each other. You can also see that White posts very, very disturbing statements. I get the feeling Sam was killed as a thrill kill. So senseless and sad.

I'm still catching up on this! This was unknown to me till a little while ago. Thats not too far from me :tears:This is horrible!!!!!! I am so sorry this happened to such a seemingly well rounded kid! HEARTBREAKING!!!!! I'm wondering if the two boys spotted walking on the road could have been them walking from the crime scene maybe? One of their parents maybe called and said it was their kid not Sam? Just to divert attention. Has anyone who has those awesome mapping skills been able to possibly line up the two guys walking in comparison to where he was found vs. their homes? WHY??? To the family and loved ones of Sam. I am so so very sorry that this tragedy occurred. Sam fly high with the angels! From one barefoot walker to another. Nothing like feeling the earth directly under your feet. I understand that. Sam there will be justice for you!! :anguish: my thoughts and prayers and positive light being sent up to him and for his loved ones. I was hoping this would have a good outcome!

I've been away from WS for a day and just logged in. The news on Sam's murder is hitting me so very hard this morning. This is the worst possible outcome, and my heart is breaking for his family and loved ones.

As I read the news reports, I thought to myself that Occam's Razor cuts truly deeply. In this case, I guess the writing was on the wall, but I didn't want to see the signs that were glaringly pointing to the last person that was with Sam. I'm so :furious: that he died at the hands of his so-called "friends" who he likely trusted.

How dare they???

By all accounts, Sam was a son/child any parent would be proud to have. His future was as bright as the sun, or as my daughter's honor's science teacher just told me at our parent teacher conference this week, as a blue star (our sun is a yellow star, a blue star is all the brighter).

These monsters extinguished a beautiful soul, dimming the light of our world with their chosen actions for all eternity.

May they pay dearly for their crimes!

ITA Kimi.....just by looking at Sam's graduation photo he seems like such a likeable guy, he & his mom look so proud together. Who would have ever expected on that day that Sam would be murdered just a few months later by his so-called friends?

I'm sorry Sam, you were treated so badly by those two losers. You deserved so much better and had so much to look forward to. I'm so sad for your family as I know they have to be so devastated. RIP Sam.

I have been following this story and for some reason it has been such a déjà vu experience. I am wondering at this moment why the neighbor waited until the body was found to tell police about the footprints around the lake and the camera footage.

I keep getting a slighted lover vibe. This was more solidified when I saw that Warren had on his Facebook page a picture of two male anime characters about to kiss and holding the throat of one. Then there was so much talk about love and trust. JMO

Also, was White possibly expelled from school in Feb of 2015. I wondered what occurred. He's had quite a long time by himself if he never went back to a school.

Those online role playing games like World of Warcraft can be very detrimental. I have a close friend whose wife was completely lost to the game. She lost her job, house, and they divorced. She lost everything yet continued playing.

On SM I have seen many references to this being a premeditated act. A poster or two here may have mentioned it also. Was that stated somewhere that I missed or is it just a common assumption? I readily state that I believe it to be premeditated.

I found the Facebook page of the guy mentioned in the article who was the neighbor and had found the footprints and had video. He has posted a pic of what looks like where the body had been hidden, which is a little much IMO.

I don't think it has been stated officially, in fact I'm quite sure of it. I mentioned earlier that this reminds me a bit of the premeditated thrill kill of Nicole Lovell. Others here also said they believe it was planned. But nothing from LE yet in that regard.

Agreed. I don't know if I can keep following this. I'm sickened by the little bit I have read and this has not even gone to trial yet. #JusticeforSam
