(I hope we're talking about the same H. )
H is RE's husband. I'm not sure on H's last name. Appareantly they're not getting along too well, and RE has recently had some psychological issues, for which she seeked help. RE & H were the folks who allegedly "opened up" their Briarwood Ln home to Sunday and Izzy.

H was allegedly a POI in the beginning of the case, based on statements made by TC in Tally. IMO, I don't think he had any involvement.

I'm eating my words now... I feel I learned a few things from this though...

Here comes the proverbial "Looking back now, I can see where it makes sense. "

I'm sorry I never got to meet you, Sunday. I met a lot of your family and I saw how much they cared about you, and loved you. May your memory bring a smile to those who loved you, for many years to come.

Looking at what Herman wrote here now makes my skin crawl...

http://www.wctv.tv/news/headlines/93811819.html

He is saying he will help while all along he knew where she was... also where he says "I hope she's just on a binge" ... it sounds like a little jab to me, making her sound like a junkie. Knowing what happened, it just disgusts me that he wrote this.

Three Arrested in Sunday Blomberg Murder..

ALBANY, GA (WALB) – Authorities believe they found the body of Sunday Blomberg, a Tift County mother, who disappeared April 22nd.

The body was found near Warrior Creek on Vickers Bridge Road in Colquitt County. Blomberg's body was near a sandy path leading down to Warrior Creek.

GBI agents arrested the suspected killer, someone Blomberg knew well.

Police arrested Herman Evans and charged him with murder. He is married to Blombergh's ex mother-in-Law. Her former mother-in-law, Ruby Evans is also in jail, and the GBI says a friend of Herman Evans has also been arrested.

The victim was staying with Evans and his wife when she disappeared.

Neighbors on Vickers Bridge Road tried to come to grips Thursday afternoon with the news that a body was found near their homes.

"Very quiet small town atmosphere," said one neighbor. "Today there were GBI and sheriff officials out here which is highly unusual."

The home Evans lived in is in Tift County, and may have been the crime scene. Investigators searched it thoroughly and took pieces evidence. Neighbors say they saw the suspect burning household items before his arrest.

"We thought the trailer was on fire, there were sitting right there watching the couch burn," said Anne McEntyre, Neighbor.

Inside, investigators searched for traces of blood and other evidence.

"He showed me the rooms and told me not to go into the rooms because there were needles in all the rooms," said McEntyre.

So far investigators are not releasing a motive as to why Evans would have killed Blomberg, he may not be the only suspect; GBI agents say more arrests are likely.

My understanding is Theo's arrest was completely unrelated.
Herman said he got all messed up/beat up when a couch fell on him that he was trying to move (and later burned). My theory is Sunday put up one heck of a fight.
