What took LE so long to examine the house she had been living in for months & where she was supposedly last seen?

Was her sister coming to the house to pick her up that day? If so, she had to notice something was wrong inside..If not, then what about her daughter when she came home from school?

What a MORON to get rid of evidence (burning couch) in front of neighbors..Did he want to get caught?

Why would Sunday leave her daughter in that house (without her) until school got out? It sounds like there was serious trouble/problems going on there..Wasn't she afraid she'd never get her back? Didn't she realize there was something seriously wrong with one or both of them? Did she have any concerns at all? If not, maybe the above is all rumor.

Some posters think someone didn't want her to leave OR didn't want her to go back to FL..Herman said he "loved" Sunday..I believe that & in more then just an in-law kinda way..He may have been obsessed with this beautiful woman..It wouldn't surprise me at all.

My understanding is Theo's arrest was completely unrelated.
Herman said he got all messed up/beat up when a couch fell on him that he was trying to move (and later burned). My theory is Sunday put up one heck of a fight.

I read LE said that about Theo but does that make sense to you? And what about what Herman said on (?) about come & beat me up or something like that? It may be possible he got his butt kicked by Theo AND Sunday put up a fight..I can't imagine she didn't..I know I don't believe for one second it was caused by the couch.

Amysmom; Theo did not beat up HE, it was a domestic situation with his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend in Florida.

I've been incredibly curious about this too. I think this may be an example of bad reporting. There was another quote, a page or two back in this thread, spoken by a member of LE (NOT GBI though) who said HE was arrested and led them to the body.

In this day & time it is ridiculous that the presser wasn't covered live and online. Now, almost an hour & a half later, still nothing. jmo, wth??? I don't remember a case in years where this has happened.

LE has been more then just tight-lipped..IIRC, I read in an article they were treating it like some kind of "mysterious" case..What is it exactly that makes this any diff then almost all other similar Missing Person investigations?

It's all speculation really.. but as much as Herman was running his mouth and for the time that Theo has been in jail I don't think this is the case. Herman would have had a lot to say on his FB page if he had been beat up by some kind of posse.

Georgia officials say three people have been arrested in connection with the murder of 28-year-old Sunday Blombergh.

Blombergh's mother in law Ruby Evans and her stepfather in law Roy Evans are charged with her murder.

The third person arrested was Kennith Thomlison, a family friend. He was charged with concealing the body. Investigators say he led them to her body in the wooded area.

We will bring you more information as soon as it becomes available.

TY! When they said "domestic" I thought it could've involved his family & my gut tells me Theo has suspected H all along.

Is the ex-girlfriend DE?

The third person arrested was 48-year-old Kennith Thomlinson, a family friend. Thomlinson was charged with concealing the body. Investigators say he led them to her body in the wooded area.

Police have other suspects and people of interest who they believe could have been involved. They anticipate adding additional charges to more people.

The three people arrested are in the Tift County Jail being held without bond.

They will have their first appearance in court Friday at 2pm

Blombergh's sister Sunshine showed up with her husband and they were tearful throughout the press conference this morning.

A family spokesperson said that the whole family thinks its very unfortunate and tragic.

WCTV tried to get a quote from her sister Sunshine, but she refused to comments.

Sounds like HE did NOT confess, it looks like his friend ratted him out. Probably part of a plea bargin or something

Yes, I had seen the video. The speculation I was talking about was if Herman had been beat up by a group of guys that suspected him being the murderer. He made a statement that he had gotten threats about that.. but we don't know if that ever happened or not. I don't think it did. I think his injuries are related to the struggle Sunday put up and not removing the couch from the house.

Theo's being in jail is related to an unrelated domestic situation between his new girlfriend and the guy she cheated on him with. That all went down in FL.

This just proves it's NEVER a good idea to involve an outsider in a murder/coverup but I'm glad H did or Sunday may never have been found.
