I just got off the phone with someone VERY close to all this...she says he is "very f*^%$# up on drugs and..."admitting to it"
that is all she would tell me.

well, now if he's in questioning with LE now then..it would be reasonable to believe that will be brought to light very soon. But the person who told me that, could be spreading unsubstantiated rumors and is so close to it maybe she just wants to believe the answers are right there. I myself won't believe it till she's found.

And after hearing that, I wanna know right now!

While I was looking for Harrison Avenue, I noted that HE has some family members in Ashburn, or I should say I am fairly certain ... In many ways this person would make sense, MOO. If there is a missing journal I can imagine "why" it would be missing along with Sunday.

I read through this thread a couple of hours ago and was like...oh way lots of drugs involved here......

I read that she had been staying with the mother in law.....yep ok.....but then as soon as it was mentioned that MIL had a NEW husband.......it was the new that got me.....AND he would have I assume be living at the same address.....

maybe it is drug related or money owed for drugs or she was going to tell something before she left or maybe he tried it on her before she went.......this girl is stunning looking and I am sure a lot of men would find her so...

here is what is driving me crazy.. the timeline.. very little info on that.. some comments about picking her up around 3 pm and a phone call for cigarettes.. but when.. #1 when was the last KNOWN viable contact with Sunday? what time? and the times of previous contacts that day and with whom? apparently the sister and the MIL both had contact that day with Sunday, seemingly right up until the moment she disappeared.. or is something missing in the timeline.. was her disappearance sudden as in within minutes or an hour or so, or had she been incommunicado/unaccounted for, for a longer period of time.. i assume the child was with mother at the start of the day and then went to school by whatever means.. so that should be a time stamp.. unless definitive contact w/ mother is prior to that morning.. i think this info would answer many questions.

and coonbottomgal... you seem to have VERY strong feelings towards this.. and points of reference.. have you been to the "Iron bridge at kemp road/ Old bainbridge" that you mention? i am not sure if your posts of smells and so forth are 'feelings' or actual observances.. if the latter, have you investigated? this is disturbing

I know the Mount Dora area pretty well....I just can't see someone driving that far down FL to do that....Tally would be like 4/5 hours away from Mt. Dora....Gainesville-area or Pensacola-area would be much more likely...especially all of the rural towns around them. If her disappearance has something to do with someone in Tally, I don't see them driving to Mt. Dora. Too far.

ETA: I think someone would try to avoid the turnpike...you get really close to other people in the toll booths, and if the perp had a sunpass, well, that's all documented.....cameras capture almost all cars, I believe. I highly doubt turnpike, and I doubt they'd putter down 301 to Mt. Dora. 75, maybe.

Here's a question: can you add to someone's reward fund with an agreement-type deal? (Meaning, I'd gladly give the money, but would rather sign a contract or have an agreement to give it if and when she is returned safely. I'm sure my banker could send a note saying I'm good for it...) I see the "donate" tabs on her sites, but what about just the larger reward fund....if people can pledge money without forking it out until she gets home (hoping), I think a lot more people would help. (For me, it's honestly that i'd have a hard time explaining why so much was gone from account...if she's found, BF wouldn't care about the money....would be glad she's found). Get what I'm saying?

thats crazy.. i thought the same thing earlier this evening.. the idea of donating to a 'hope' fund and having no idea vs. you got her, here's my $50 or so.. i guess its a logistics thing but i agree the 'plegde' idea would go a longer way if it could be made to work

Wonder why they couldn't just do a simple paper form...that you'd go have notarized and send back so that the $$$ amount can go up, the money's there if she's found, and I think a lot more would donate.

I will donate for the the general fund, but I was thinking a much larger amount for the reward.....hence why I can't just give it up without a "reason". I could easily do smaller amounts...and will. Just thinking about the big picture....hoping money could grease some wheels - I hope it does!

ETA: If someone from family is reading this, you're welcome to contact me if you'll do something like a "guarantee" from me.

As of 5-20-2010 HE was still in Tifton. From what I understand he was questioned by GBI, all of his phone records, etc. have been examined, and his firearms seized for testing.

I don't think HE was involved. 2 reasons: 1) He has basically opened up his entire life for examination, for anyone who suspects him, not just LE - not typical behavior of a guilty party. 2) I don't think this man has the ability (skills, knowledge) to cover up something such as this from Law Enforcement. If he did, in fact, have any involvement, I think he would have been arrested some time ago.

I am still leaning toward semi-stranger abduction followed by a rape/murder. Believe me I wish it were different, but this is my gut... Semi-stranger probably another drug user she was aquainted with...

The fact that she disappeared on the day she was leaving town still bugs me. It could be coincidental, but it also could mean something. (Like others were saying previously in the thread - Was someone NOT wanting her to leave Tifton? Was someone NOT wanting her to return to Tally?

I have had dreams. And slap me in the face images. A man, a strange blue nissan, and a river/ bridge. A big river.

The smell...I noticed in my car. Driving over the bridge. I did go down there, to that creepy as hell place, and I talked to folks. I saw the truck (which I dreamed of and wrote about on here weeks ago) parked at the bridge. I investigated. I was told not to look around there by myself by one of the decent folks down there. Other folks told me and I quote, "I been comin down here 30 years and I got the good sense not to do much lookin around"

So, I've had feelings and observances.
I personally do not feel H is the POI here. Unfortunately, I think it will be much more difficult to find this man.

Yep, I've never seen it like that before, but I don't see why it couldn't be done (legally)...just like any other contract. I guess I'll just have to make a small contribution.
