In prior arrest and sentencing, Bo Dukes was required to make restitution in amount over $100K which he failed to do, and was under threat of returning to prison for failing terms of probation.

It was alleged that Bo and his GF came up with planned confession to secure the reward money offered for Tara Grinstead to pay the court.

Was it ever confirmed if GF or her family made a claim for the reward money?

yeah, they have to do it in open court. Its sort of a pain and drags things out. I've always thought there could be better ways of doing that.
