In RE: State v. Ryan Duke (22CR113 - Ben Hill County)
Judge Chasteen ruled on the July 13, 2023, hearing in March (I think) of 2024, denying Ryan Duke's plea in bar on the statute of limitations. On June 5, 2024, Ryan's attorneys filed notice with the Georgia Court of Appeals asking the Court to reverse the trial court's denial of the plea. Oral arguments were held on January 16, 2025. I will post the link to the video below along with a link to his Court of Appeals case information. Since Ryan's appeal was docketed for the August 2024 term, the Court's opinion will have to be handed down by March 14, 2025. Until then, we wait...

In RE: State v. Ryan Duke (2017CR027 - Irwin County)
While checking out the court calendar for the Tift Judicial Circuit, I noticed that there have been two hearings this year regarding a Motion filed by his attorneys for a new trial in Irwin County. I have not seen the Motion or any other pleadings filed in regards to this matter. They were both Zoom hearings and neither of them were televised. I will attach the hearing notices.

In RE: State v. Bo Dukes (17CR139)
Bo's attorney has also filed notice with the GA. Court of Appeals on June 5, 2024. Oral arguments were scheduled to be held in October 2024, but his case is not listed for October or the following months. Not sure what's going on since I can't see the briefs filed. The link to his Court of Appeals docket record is posted below.
