Have they gone home for the day or are they still deliberating?
Found live stream just in time as jury came in guilty on all counts. I agree completely.

Holy sheesh! I just flipped back to Court TV in time for the verdict! How fast was that?? Wow! Good job, jurors!!

Done already? Woah...

I think they said sentencing 10am Friday - sounds quick so I could be wrong about that????

  • #205
So quick, only took the jury about an hour and a half. As the judge polled the jury I noticed it was mostly men.

Best news. And now cue the tears. She kills a man and there are no tears, but sure, now she cries when it's her own life on the line.

Rest in peace, Mr. Kenneth Herring. Your killer isn't getting out anytime soon.

Seriously , she murdered an unarmed man
sitting in his car. What the heck did she think could possibly happen as an outcome? SHE attacked & killed this man. It’s on video & in still photos.

I don’t understand this. How can a seemingly normal person just snap like that and kill somebody over a traffic infraction. I just can’t ever imagine doing this. Assuming those were her parents behind her. Looking devastated as well.

Seems like jurors are rendering their verdicts pretty quickly these days.

She clearly is distraught about the verdict, as she cares about herself only, and she turned red. However, I saw no actual tears, unless I missed them. Strange. moo

not that it matters at all at this point, but would love to know why Mr Herring left the scene of that accident. Were they ever able to determine whether he was hypo or hyperglycemic at the time?

How many jurors are female? I don't think it's that unimaginable that one female juror could feel sympathetic towards her "reasoning". I doubt it will happen, but I can see that being some sort of strategy that a defense would use. IANAL JMO etc

That's quite a sexist remark!

Here's video (under 10 minutes) of reading of the verdict.

Was there any follow up to that notification earlier today about a juror having been contacted, or whatever that incident was about?
