GA v Hannah Payne - HP allegedly murdering a man involved in a hit-and-run in 2019 *GUILTY*

I’m talking about when she followed & blocked him in..When the red truck either rolled or bounced forward ( after she blocked him)
She thought he hit her jeep IMO

Later, she seemed to testify that the two vehicles weren't touching. I guess that was typical of a lot of her testimony: sliding all around.

This is the most bizarre strategy I've heard in a situation like this. So you kill a man you had no right to chase, block, and confront with a gun? A man, by the way, who may have been having a medical emergency, and your defense is to literally defend your actions and villianize HIM??? She's a cold-blooded brat murderer. And I'm curious if the racist angle has been explored?

This is a self important person imagining herself a cop, with a hero complex. Wow, a tough 21 year old girl no less with gun savvy apprehending a criminal drunk driver (in her skewed mind), by herself, imagine that !
Probably fantasized she'd get a commendation medal and be promptly hired by LE. imo

Totally agree. I'd like to know what she said ,out loud, when this elderly, black man, in a beat up truck drove off. Some people had referred to her as the female George Zimmerman.
It was absolutely foolish what she did. Her desire to be a bad caused someone to loose their life. I hope she gets the book thrown at her.

Interesting.....I thought there was very little conflict between the eyewitnesses. The female I listened to today was fabulous IMO: she wasn't having any of the defense twisting her words around.

As far as I can tell, only HP has an account that doesn't correspond.

IMO she ripped the black shirt herself. It's exactly the kind of rip you get when you're deliberately ripping fabric.
